If its the psychological aspect affecting you, why not have someone only place the trades and not even worry about the customers. This way they have no idea how many customers are depending on the profitability and can act with less emotion.

Wont you using 400:1 Leverage make it much easier to reach your high profit curve? U.S. can only use 50:1, much lower.

And why is it that some trades are open for 4% profit to 10% profit while many other trades are opened for .2% profit to 1%? How does the system work in general terms?

How does the EA work? What made the EA jump to 80% account growth in a week and a half? Looks kind of erratic and not that stable. If it can jump 80% in a week, means it can also drop 80% in a week.

Wow this system is a disaster waiting to happen. Risk of ruin is 4 trades to lose 20% of your account!I don't think a stable accounts worst scenario is 4 to 10 losing streak until its wiped out. I would not touch this system from a mile away.
