And today, suddenly one attempt at 15.36 lot size !!! (I had big luck, there was no sufficient money on my account).

One more thing. Today I move my account to Mammoth VPS which is only 10 km away from Pepperstone server.
Do you know what is my exec time ? Over 8,000 ms !
Folk, please advise what to do. HELP !
#1- lower your maximum allowed lot size
#2- reduce you number of maximum positions
#3- lower your risk %----you gotta remember if you us 2% for a $10,000 account....that is a 2 lot position size...multiplied by the number of trades....so 2% with 8 trades on $10,000 is a total potential position size of 16 lots (not factoring in margin). If you choose the group trade option....instead of several small trades...it will be one huge trade.
Make losses, but always come out a winner at the end.

Version 1.2 MDP is now being tested live on forward DEMO account on my private VPS setup. ALL default setting. STarted demo account with $1000. Lets see how it trades. All charts are public. Click on my name for Portfolio listings for live accounts.

I know that you are at IBFX Australia, do you know their spread for the majors. I cannot seem to find them in their website.

Hi,
I'm new here and do you have idea of running this EA on FxPro broker? Each trading duration is few seconds to few minutes thus if there is any high execution delay (8000ms), most of the trades will not be executed. I am thinking of trying MDP on FxPro, anyone who has live account there, could you share your valuable opinion? Many thanks.

Hi guys i have just opened a new pepperstone ac and forexvps , i am running MDP 1.2 since 2 days now on a 200$ demo ac , the first day it lost 4$ on the default settings and yesterday i changed the setting's before the US open and it made 19$ and 35 trades in total.
so currently i am using all default settings except Additionl channels 8 ,
if any of you guys can recommend better setting would be highly Appreciated , also can someone tell me having additional channels does it mean i am running higher risk ? . as the manual says increases trading series frequency

Do you mean the account running the latest version of MDP is on LIVE or DEMO account? If it's live which broker are you with?

Yes, this was tried on FXPRO. There were a few trades, but I don't think you will get the full benefit bc (a) FXPRO has a huge amount of requotes, and (b) they don't allow stops within x amount of pips, and you will constantly be getting reports of that in the logs which to me means you are missing out on some major pips

I don't why people even bother to run this on a demo unless your just trying to figure out the settings. The profits you make are no indication whatsoever. Just put in the minimum deposit, and play with that. And you don't have to play with the whole min deposit. You can always set the MDP to trade a fraction of your acct, so u will never lose any significant amount

I agree, however, Its best to spend a little time on demo before going to the effort of starting a live small account. If the demo goes well then I will start a small real live cash account in a few week and post it also.

Most of the time, the EURUSD spread at IBFX Aud is >2. Are you getting all trades of MDP with this spread?

To Jsintl, All my accounts have been in the usa. Last night I setup 2 accounts in IBFX AU. The spread does seems higher. On the USA accounts, the mini accounts have a lower spread and faster speed and seem to trade well. Im testing this hypothesis also. It seems that when the account grew to 1k things changed( same server and same settings). Plan B would be ( I always have a plan B) split the account once its past $900 and have 2 accounts to grow. I now have 2 servers set up and more info can be see. I have one chart now up that is a DEMO account testing MDP version 1.2. When I mention live, that just means the results arent a back test. Real is real cash and DEMO is play money. All the charts are live except for one.
If you were watching my wifes account, she pulled the money to pay for a horse.... (She had very good growth, oh well..) Positive side is that leaves a spot open on the server.
