hey guys~
what MM % you all use? any suggestion?
use manual lots as MM can be inconsistent with larger account sizes, work out how much you are prepared to lose on any trade and work backwards.
GBP/USD has a SL of 55 pips if you are running 3 trades your potential loss is 165pips so if you are running a $5000 account and are prepared to lose 10% ($500) 500/165= $3 per pip
Guys please learn some of this stuff as auto trading still incorporates the basics
My first lesson was money management and is usually the first topic on ant forex course.

Hi guys,
Overall I'm seeing very good feedback on Rev trader pro think I've came across 2 negative reviews from hundreds of reviews.
Has anyone got any bad experiences at all?
Looking to start with a £5000 account, lot sizes of 0.5 maybe higher for the more successful pairs anyone got any pointers? (pretty new to forex so..)
Anyone trading with around 5k at the moment on live account?
Cheers.
Yeap. More than 5K in the account. You can put % for MM,or fixed lots size. 0.5 lots size is normal for 5K account. The system is quite solid and we can believe therein. The most important thing is that trader have to chose out a proper broker. proper broker with true data will deliver the exact results, so that the EA can execute the orders on time,if the conditions are satisfied.
The best way is that I can recommend you to use the EA,if you buy it, with a smaller % for MM with your current broker and tracking the results at Doug's site at myfxbook.com . So, let's say, if in two weeks the executing results are almost the same, then let's go....
Happy trading
Minh
Hi
Thanks for your feedback. Yes it seems quite solid just hope it stays solid for 2015. To be honest I am quite new to forex that's the reason why I was going for the automated approach, so I don't have a broker as of yet.. I have used brokers in the past for binary options but that didn't end well.
I think he recommends brokers in the membership area I've been told should I just go with one of them?
You wouldn't happen to be able to recommend a good VPS?
Thanks!
It is a solid strategy. We can trust it.
Brokers are sentiments matter. I changed some brokers up to now. What I am using no wis ICMarkets. I am very new with ICMarkets but I spending hours long to analyze their data and I can say finally: ICMarkets is up to now good. Serve traffic is large and seems to be working well.
VPS? You can use the VPS services from vendor recommend. I use it too. My recommendation is that to chose the server which is located in NYC and.
Cheers and take your strength to go long the EURUSD soon bros...:)

If you use the vendors USA recommended broker MyFxChoice and maintain a balance of $3K with minimul trading per month they give you a real nice VPS for free.
Otherwise cheapest and most reliable deal I have found is photonvps.com

skysan posted:Yes, I noticed that skysan, if you find out from them what that is all about let me/us know. I think I did quick noggin' figuring and found those spurious fees weren't any more important than their puny spreads, so I hadn't bothered to ask them.
Batchboy,
I am using FXCM and it appears to be working great so far. The charges from FXCM seem to come fast and more of them.
Going to deposit more money into the account so I can get their free VPS.

@markdoc1 & anyone else regarding VPS and this EA:
Many brokers offer FREE VPS's but they're always a wimpy Linux-based, non-windows desktop.
(actually no Desktop in the ordinary sense at all)
What I'm getting at you need to get a Windows-based VPS that has an actual desktop because
this EA requires use of a Windows library file called 'DNSAPI.dll' (called by REV Trader rtp25.dll)
and won't work on these cheap/free VPSs.

@ForexCuredotcom Hi drew thanks for your 2 cents!
I was going to use fxchoice broker's VPS , after speaking to one of the staff on live chat they stated that it was a windows based service they provide with desktop so it seems pretty powerful, have you came across this one before?
Thanks!

Yes, I am with classic server commodity account (Non Dealing Desk) because did that in the past...still do some actually. But I am going to switch to their ECN Pro for Rev Trader and Keltner. I am extremely happy with MyFxChoice, I have traded at quite a few brokers but like them the best overall. 200 to 1 leverage and accept USA clients.
