Hey Salty! I knew your name sounded familiar. A few months back, I was trying to find a way to trade on mac and I came across your youtube video. Good looking returns! I too have hit the 100% before six weeks. For some reason, my stats won't update on here over the past 2 weeks. I am currently over 300% return, but that can change in a day now, lol... When I first learned to trade, I focused on primarily daily charts. Trades took for ever to manifest, but it allowed my brain to process what I was seeing. Then, i gradually scaled down to 4hr, 1hr, 15m, 5m as I became comfortable with price action. Because of my schedule, I only have about 4 hours to day trade in the morning, so I primarily use 5/15 minute charts. But I only day trade gold. I made a few videos of me day trading. They have been edited down to 2-3 minutes apiece. I think there is a total of 7 or 8 videos. I figured no one would be interested since I trade 100% manually, but it is there to be watched if anyone is interested. Let me know if anyone wants the link. I recorded just about every trade over the past week or so. 12/13 profitable trades. Just over 300 pips in profits.Btw, I am not selling anything! Right! That's why I say doubling $200 is significantly different from doubling $200,000. One may say theoretically they are the same, but that statement would be false. First of all, with $200, you can obtain a huge amount of leverage. But with $200,000 your leverage will be significantly less. Secondly, psychologically, it will be way harder to trade aggressively with that much capital. I don't care if you are George Soros, I doubt he would sling around $200k like it is $200. Thanks youngchang!I am still working out the kinks in this approach. If it tests well in the long run, I might be interested in setting up something. But, as of right now, I am still in the "financial lab", lol... Btw, I have found one reputable service which allows trades to be copied from one account to another with no download. The only thing is that it costs about $30 per month. Not bad though, imo

The only way to accomplish this is by using a trade copier. Posting signals via email or website isn't optimal because of the short term nature of day trading. Do you know of anyone who has done this effectively and efficiently?

I agree with you James. Most people tend to focus on the majors. However, I do not. I adjust to market dynamics as they occur. For instance, I have been day trading xau/usd and xag/usd with a high success rate. This is easily attainable if you compound 2% daily for 30 (6 weeks x 5 days/wk.) days. Or you can just do a simple return of 3.3% per day. However, this gets psychologically harder with something like turning $200k into $400k.
