i think that you guys should stick on ftt mode on olymp trade till you get the enough time and knowledge and learn how to use the risk managment and how to adjust your strategies and how to build your own strategy that fit you and how to control your emotions and felling because i think you guys are little bit rushing it

Rather than learn to trade on your own, try to find an FX mentor who can show you their strategy. it is a faster way to get FX working

Switching to forex trading can be a good decision if you’re looking for more flexibility compared to FTT mode. You’ll have the option to set your own stop losses, take profits, and really dig into technical analysis. In case you're looking for good brokers to start with, you might want to check out fxview, pepperstone and icm. They have good trading conditions. You can start with their demos to see which one works best for you.
