My trading style is firmly grounded in a clear understanding of Support and Demand levels. While many consider indicators and patterns less reliable, I employ them in a unique way to support my trading decisions. Rather than relying on these indicators blindly, I use them as confirmatory tools to back up what I've concluded from the graph.
Specifically, I utilize Bollinger bands (2 and 3 SDs), MA crossovers (200 and 50), RSI, and Stochastic, all in conjunction with Fibonacci retracements. However, my decisions are heavily based on the Support and Demand levels, and I wait for at least 2 or 3 of these indicators to align and confirm my thoughts.
The economic calendar is another critical tool in my arsenal. Whether it's preparing myself to avoid high-impact news or leveraging those news events to my benefit, I maintain a proactive approach to market dynamics.
One of the essential principles in my trading is risk management. I adhere to a rule never to risk more than 1% of my account on an initial position. When longing and the price moves in the wrong direction, I strategically buy more, and vice versa.
