Yes, high risks can bring about high profits provided only and only if one is confident enough have proper knowledge and risk management techniques. With respect to high risks it is meant a considerable amount to risk so that it can bring sufficient profits because if we don’t risk at all then also profits cannot be there. Obviously risk must be kept upto that level only which one can easily bear.

True above said that high risk leads to high profits and without certain degree of risk profits cannot be earned. Losing professionally is not bad for trades; instead a trader must learn from his own losses and boost his trading further. Automatic trading has recently become quite popular due to very pros attached to it: trading through automated signals can be accurate, perfect and error free. It covers the inability of the trader to trade in discipline and continuously follow the trading plan. Robots ensured that the trades are taken as per the set plan. Robots also don’t get tired unlike human traders, so with these robots you can perform trades 24 hrs a day. Though, experts always prefer to opt for hybrid platforms and don’t go solely for either manual or auto-trade.

Building a good trading strategy is not at all one time task but it is a long process which requires experience, skill and sufficient knowledge of forex fundamentals. 2 months demo trading as per me is not sufficient enough. However, if you feel like that you can trade for more you can go ahead and try it. But if you have any doubt or hesitation then, I would suggest you to invest some more time and later trade effectively with more amount.

Very well explained! As I said demo accounts are good for understanding the platform it is natural because there is a huge difference between theoretical and practical knowledge. And practical side has more long lasting and effective impact on the mind of a person. Psychologically also demo accounts gives a false imprint. Hence, a step to being a successful trader is learning in demo account and controlling emotions in real account.

Agree! psychological aspect is one big difference while trading in demo & live account. I personally feel demo account should be used to get familiar with the trading platform and understanding the technicalities. As while trading in real environment our emotional & mental acts comes into play. So, one must always deposit that much amount of money in real account which he is ready to wipe out.

A pip in forex stands for point in percentage. It represents the change in value between two currencies. It is usually a last decimal place of price of currency. For example – if EUR/USD moves from 1.2256 to 1.2257 then this 0.0001 pip rise in value of the currency pair represents a pip.
