Low time frame trading vs. High time frame trading.

I must agree with many traders here said the trading strategy that is developed over years respects different timeframes.
I think for example H4, D1 is very comfortable tf.
But periodically I use all, some for analysis, some for watching.

I agree, one should watch all time frames, even if their strategy doesn't use a particular time frame. It's always good to be fully informed.

Well, as this idea has been shown here, there is no such kind of best time frame. Sound like holy grial frame :) It depends on kind of strategy and sometimes average speed of order execution by a broker
