I must say, had dissapointed due to data issues. while reviews are more about freeze issues actually I start believing those reviews as ICM having big data feed issue ( according to their words ) & to prevent from platform freezes they changed the data feed.

Steve, it should be noted that this feed situation is actually not a big issue; IC Markets switched over to an auxiliary/back up Currenex feed as a precaution against Integral's (their main feed provider) ISP issues. By the market close today, this situation should be resolved upon Integral's confirmation.
That said, the current feed is reliable, with the only material difference being a slightly higher spread until the main feed comes back online today.

good summery for actual situation.
feed would be changed with weekly rollover means this morning as far as I understand. but ofcourse its not in their hand if the mentioned reason correct about integral feed.
the issue is I was waiting to start testing live account funded this week but unfot. this happened.
there is a word where I live 'how it starts it goes that way' dont know if its goes till downunder he he
now I will wait more before funding.
why I so hectic about funding.

I dont want to be fooled with my own money & effort. ( valid for all brokers & banks )

according to my log data ICM has back to original data feed.
I will keep logging the connection issues & spread for more 2 weeks before funding. actually I am not rushing for funding account while had data feed issue with ICM on day 1 & I am good with my actual broker.
after 2 week I will put my findings here. then will decide.

With regards to the cost of trading at ICM, it can be further reduced by a discount of $1.55 USD or equivalent / RTL over the standard $1.50 USD / RTL per my signature. I definitely invite you to take advantage of this for your test accounts.
As a client of ICM I can tell you first hand that the platform freezes when they were an issue were due to overcapacity; the broker's client base grew too large, too quickly, and the servers were getting overwhelmed. Since new servers came online and were fully rolled out, I have noticed that the freezes that were previously complained about are no more.
So far as the support issues go, nothing especially notable has come up for me personally short of a substantial delay with Global Collect's local bank transfer service which was essentially GC's fault. Either way IC Markets is aware of this perception, whether right or wrong, and there does appear to be a genuine drive recently to step this up per my correspondence with Angus Walker.
Manipulating reviews? No idea. Can't confirm or deny it. Has anyone provided proof of this?

yes ICM cost with rebate is promising. The only issue left for me to test live account. But before as mentioned I will log for one more week. want to be sure. while even transaction costs round turn min $50 .

Yeah, forgot to post the update, withdrawal got delayed due to unlucky circumstances, here it is:
1. Waiting for 3 days since approved, made contact with my bank and the funds still haven't arrived.
2. Chat with live chat support which is unlucky me to had live chat support with 'less good attitude' staff where he/she kept saying I have to wait until 5 working days.
3. Decided to send an email to [email protected] to clarify this issue.
4. While checking my emails, apparently they've sent me couple of emails regarding my withdrawal and those are in my spam folder.
5. On the email they ask me to provide more information regarding my card because my card detail that used to make deposit already expired.
6. I've replied their email, but I have to wait until monday because when I sent the email it's already off the working hour there in Australia.
I only can laugh due to these circumstances hahaha.. I hope this will be solved on monday or at least on tuesday.

I have opened an autotrade account at Pepperstone and at ICMarkets too. Actually Pepperstone performed better, so I decided to close my ICM account. I requested a withdrawal via bank transfer. There was a problem with their website, but they solved it in 1 day. I got my money (with 5% profits) back to my bank account in 2 working days.
