To filter out trade signals we should keep a checklists. Before opening any trade open the checklists. I think each trader ought to have an checklists to take after. It lessens the likelihood to commit errors.

Yes, checklists really help in reducing the errors and are quite beneficial for a trader. They should make good use of it.

Doctors and airline pilots all have check lists before they do any important task. It follows that traders should as well

This is what i do everyday. When i dont do it my results suffer
