Hi,
it does not depend on social trading.
If you follow profitable trader then you are profitable.
Morex complex answer is about technical staff - what is profit in pips for a trade, how much of that is eaten by slippage. But that is second. First is to find profitable broker.

Hello,
Thanks for the quick response. First of all it is very difficult to find a good trader. Mainly i watch their trading history, maximum draw down, worst trade, best trade, overall performance. But even after looking all these factors i followed few 3 traders (demo account) , there winning trades were above 90 percent, still i am in loss.
can you please suggest me the best way to choose a profitable trader.

On the home page of this website there's the community outlook. You could probably do a lot worse then just fading that as most people seem to be wrong. Most of the community is long EURUSD, time to go short :)

Its hard to find profitable trader here. As far as i know, most of the profitable trader now enjoying their life with the profit. But, @togr I think he is the one that you can ask for advise. He is very knowledgeable.
For me, if you want to choose trader to copy, better look on their strategy first. 1st, no martingale. 2nd no grid trading. But for DD, i think some of the good trader may a bit risk because lack of money to start with. Sure, if they have much money, they can use proper money management. This is my taught only. Some may disagree.

Winning rate has nothing to do with martingale.
High winning rate is usually sign of NOT using stop loss, so you close only profitable trades and keep unprofitable running as long as possible.
Martingale on contrary should have fixed sl/tp to make sense to use it.

Yes it is, that’s why; it’s a challenging job (success as an investor in Forex) for the investors too.

I have notice the following fact with social trading: During the peak performance the number of the investors sharply increases, while during the lets say drawdown period, the investors unsubscribed. That said, the investors themselves cut additionally the performance of the strategies. :)
Bottom line - even just by following other's strategies, the investor need to have some education or same knowledge to review strategy analysis and to take right decision :)

Most of investors like to follow a nonsense return per month. If possible, they want a return 100% per month 😂

exactly, investors are chasing the profits. So they follow the strategies at the moment strategy made the highest profit and very foten there is a sudden drop.
IMHO if you choose the strategy you should not change it so often.

I agree with the above comments. Investors tend to go with the wind. They follow the strategies momentarily and if the returns aren’t as per the set expectations they unsubscribe.

Yes, they are greedy basically even I see, traders also lose their momentum badly because of their subscriber’s behaviors.
