I am new to trading based in the US..
Should I get a trading robot, how to choose?or based on your own experience is there anything you recommend?
Which one is good to generate income?
What trading system should I use? I know that lot of brokerage uses metatrader 4
What is a good broker to open an account with since I am in the US?
Should I trade forex or crypto currency?
Thanks

yes, you should get a robot. there are tens of thousands of them.
if you are in the US probably you should go through an IB like fortress capital.
don't waste your time with crypto currency.
This is ABSOLUTELY horrible advice.
People new to trading should trade on demo, and learn to actually trade and how the markets work.
Anyone who tells a new trader they should just buy a robot to trade with is giving bad advice and they should be avoided at all costs.
Also since it's clear you are probably just trying to sell someone your robots. Since your user name is fxbotmarket. So yeah, you make the list of people to avoid.
If it looks too good to be true, it's probably a scam! Let the buyer beware.

I have done trading before with stocks and ETFs but not forex it is almost the same concept. I like the fact that it is trade-able most of the time.
The thing is that I work full time and i don't have time to trade all day long. so that is way I was talking about robots.
what do you guys usually use for trading ... technical indicators, news feed... etc?

The question looks like I want to make some money, but I do not know how :)
This market is not the place for a novice who want to make money fast, but is the right place to loose the money fast :)

Here is a simple article written with newbies in mind analyzing manual vs robot trading. It doesn't have a clear preference for either, but it does list the pros and cons of both so each person can make their own decision about their own trading. The problem though is that new traders think they can just fund an account, put a robot on it, and watch the money just magically get deposited on it. That is a fantasy, and the only people getting rich from robot sales, are the people selling the robots. If a new trader wants to make money they need to learn how to actually trade. There is no 'magic bullet' or 'holy grail' for new traders.

That is a good article. Of course, auto trading has many advantages over manual trading, but that doesn't mean simply buying any ea will make profit.
Sooner or later everything in the world will be automated and will be controlled by super intelligent artificial intelligent machines and so when forex trading is already automated and hence, definitely automation in forex trading will progress further. Just need to keep learning.
We are working on an Artificial Intelligent robot written in MQL5 and sooner or later we may publish a account in our profile. There is no marketing involved in saying so!!!

Actually there are 'holy grails' in the bot world, but once you find it or create it you'd be an idiot to tell people about it since you can make much more money giving a signal service than you can selling an EA.
So, with that in mind, I'd recommend this newbie find a signal provider (auto trade on myfxbook). Look for one with longevity, low drawdown and good monthly return. Will probably be hard to find one with all 3 qualities.

with respect, the question is setup for failure.
It states 1) trader is new, and 2) should trader use a bot.
Could you imagine a newbie at a job asking if they could sub-in a robot instead of them on their first day? No - you're there to learn, train, upskill, and eventually find ways to become more efficient etc, but I think the essence of the question and your later posts indicate some flaws in the thinking. The markets offer potential to make returns, and potential to make losses. As a newbie, if you want to avoid losses, then it would pay to learn as much as you can. A robot won't teach you, but might cost you a lot as a very expensive lesson on what not to do.

I am a totally new to forex and have some questions concerning EA's. Right now I am trading on a demo account so I can have an understanding of all the tools. My question is about EA's that came with the MT4 platform supplied by the broker.
Question: Am I supposed to see any indicators on the screen? I just drop the EA in and wait or does the indicator show when I hit a trigger?
Any help would be appreciated
