Looking for help on modifying an EA I purchased

Hi, I recently bought an EA called Breakout Edge EA MT4, unfortunately it seems like it locked to one account so I can't attach it on my other accounts.
The developer has gone AWOL.

Anyone can assist on this type of issue?
