When setting up an account, there is no edit field for the system name, and one can not set it up unless one uses the account number in the name field.

My demo account '349482' has the same number as it's System Name. It would be useful and more descriptive to use a name, like 'BlueMental' as the system name.

Strangely, I find many descriptive names for other peoples systems, but I can't set mine up with a name. Am I missing something, or are there separate name and acc number fields that I am not seeing?

Thanks,
BlueMental

Aha. The name can be changed once the system is active. It is a bit odd though and only can be found out by trial and (in this ase -no- ) error.

BlueMental, you're actually free to choose any name you want at account addition, the same as with editing the account later:

So you must be missing something 😄

I tried using a name the first time I set up an account and it gave me a report that it could not find the account (or words to that effect.) that was november last year. perhaps I had done something wrong though, as I see that it does work now.

Thank you.
