'Journal' tab on Portfolio Page Discussion

Add a 'Journal' tab to the System Bar on the Portfolio Page. This area would be similar to 'Trade Comments', but in reference to changes made to the entire portfolio (i.e. adding or removing systems).

That sounds interesting!

How about if we add a totally private journal area for you, just as in the trading system section in the community area?

Not exactaly clear on 'trading system section in the community area', but completely on board with 'totally private journal area'. 😄
