you can open a claim stating that you haven't received the product as they are no longer providing signals
Anybody who got their signal fee back from Paypal or Vendor?

i made claim , but I haven't get anything yet.
It will take a while. The vendor usually got 20 days to explain themself to paypal.

has anybody that requested a refund actually received it? I certainly haven't. They don't respond to any of my emails either.

Hello!
Please do not close dispute with PayPal as all scammers ask to close dispute then once you close dispute you can not reopen it and they do not send money to you. This has happened to me by www.altrad.com when I purchase copier. In another case also this was happened to my friend. Since then I learnt a session not to close dispute with PayPal.

Please advise guys....I received this message from paypal....I claimed that I didn't receive the product...Is it correct like this?
