Hi all,
Pro's
I've been trading live with MFM5 for a month and made 55% in a month. This is a truly amazing EA...I was also scared of potential losses I had experienced on a demo account . Here I had the EA set with both Buy and sell options open and trading with my own time settings. Big mistake. Since I have traded using the downloaded settings the losing trades have been at a minimum and every day has been profitable. On the downloaded settings only buy trades are opened which seems to be the key to keeping the losses down. Here is Myfxbook link https://www.myfxbook.com/members/Pooler/mfm5-live/1781465
Cons
I noticed 2 days ago that there was a MFM7 available but I had not been notified so I don't know how long this has been available? I just happened to go to the members site by chance to look up some other info regarding MFM5 and noticed its now called MFM7. I have downloaded MFM7 and placed it on demo to see how it operates. It shows 'no connection'. Nothing I have tried makes a difference--most worrying is the demo I was running MFM5 on is now also disconnected--just says 'no connection, retrying'. Live account with MFM5 still operating--thank goodness I didn't load MFM7 there.
And herein lies the whole problem, the designer Matthew does not respond to e-mails or any communication whatsoever. Which is intensely fucking irritating and is the one thing that prevents me from recommending this EA to my trading colleagues. One of the features on the new MFM7 is an 'admin comments' on the managements stats of the chart the EA is on but is useless UNLESS YOU CAN CONNECT THE EA!!!!!

I think the author must be facing some issues with his server. Everybody is getting 'No Connection' messages right now, on both versions. But I think the vendor plans to put it back up again. Why he would have the work to create the MFM7 website and so on if he was planning to shut it down just after?
And it must be difficult to answer multiple email messages at a time.
I agree that the vendor could send out a default email to all buyers warning about the problem. Communication could be better.
But the EA is actually very good.
