MQLme, 2 questions:

1) Your published backtest was conducted with Risk = 15. The maximal relative drawdown was 54.1%. Presuming that Risk = 30 is double the risk of Risk = 15, why would you start a live account with a risk level that would have led to the account being wiped out in a backtest?

2) Let's just say the monitoring account is wiped out. Please explain what would happen to those subscribers that set their risk lower. Would their trades be closed by the copier, or would they have the chance to manage the positions. Or would the master EA be managing them still, somehow? Then what would happen to the subscription, would you restart the next day?

Hi MQL.me,

Should it be a hard stop at a better position, and ride with the trend to get back the lost? We really need a very good news to have a 80+ pips uptrend, even we can wait such a uptrend (only happen 3 or 4 times a year), the swap will kill us all.

Hi Everyone

Does any one know if MQL.ME have a refund policy? I brought it last week just after these two bad trades have been opened so not opened on my account :) So i have had no trades from the EA and it is unlikely there will be any trades soon. Also these two bad trades have put me off the system. Stupidly i didnt buy it with a credit card.

I bought this software a few days before the 2 catastrophic were made that are still in 60% floating drawdown (which I don't believe will be coming back anytime son). I am so glad I closed both positions down manually on my MT4 after that rally the EUR had I sold out at 1.10560 and recovered like 85-90% of my money. Otherwise now it would've been down 60+ %. It will take some really good news or a long amount of time for it to get back to TP. I can't see that happening.

I've asked click2sell for a refund. This is the reply I received:

Hello,
Please, provide us with this information:
1) Explain the reason why you want to get a refund and why the product did not work for you (in pdf or doc file). Thorough explanations are only accepted.
2) Please, send us the screenshots showing why the product is bad/not working (pdf, png, jpg or other image files accepted)
3) Please, provide us the screenshots with explanations from your account showing your losses (pdf, png, jpg or other image files accepted) caused by this robot.

Yes, good luck with that! This is forex, you can't request refund just because you are after some days in drawdown and you didn't lost any money yet.

Very nice risk management...(
Open for all problems of his clients... ?

It was very clever from him, to switch from formerly monthly fee of 99$ to a one time fee of 249$ if the signal
goes down for sure that fast.
So he got much more profit from his clients now....((
