But the way, I've looked at your directional analysis, and see the gbpchf trades aren't profitable. Am guessing those were test trades and you've stopped trading the pair?
Yes, I try to wait for the trend.
About GBPCHF. As a normal trader I always testing something new :) most of the profits brings me my strategy, but sometimes shit happens and I lose money by testing new systems.
Thanks for being so forward, much appreciated 😄.
Have you tried programming your trading strategy?

Thanks for sharing Victor.
I'd be very interested to know how you decide when to exit your trades.

5 stars from me. Great results.
I'm glad there are still helpful people like Victor who want to share good strategies. Victor's approach is very nice - simple trading rules.

IN RESPONSE TO EA TRADERS WANTING EVERY RULE......
Victor is obviously a very well meaning and unusually generous trader. I have seen what happens to the best ea's on fx sites after many years of trading. The profit is great, but after 6months to 12 the profit plateaus and it goes downhill. Unfortunately i am more than sure this will happen with this system. Its simplicity is very programmable and someone will make some fast bucks and market it everywhere, and victor and other manual traders will be left wondering why it doesnt profit in 12months. The same as what happenened to news trading when the F.P.A marketed news trading release spike trading years ago. I think he has given more than enough for anyone on this site to make cash out of this .... i say victor has given too much for his own good soul to help anytrader. No doubt this will enrage a lot of ea traders ....but its just my opinion and its of course Victor's decision. I hope a good manual trader will use victors ides and manage for others.
best regards to a very generous Victor.

Hello
about MM (money management).
I don`t know how to explain it clearly, but I`ll try.
I am assured that many loses not from wrong risk management, but from banal fear to close unprofitable positions.
Here is one test. Try to think which one is better to open BUY position, 'I' or 'II'? :) Tomorrow I will give you my opinion on this test.

Fig. 1 seems to be the better of the trade as trend has been confirmed as per Dow, shows market is behind the move up and into the second stage. We now look for MACD confirmation and then Stochastic for entry.

Am I correct in my trend confirmation? Or are you workign with an older trend and using the existing trend line support?

About my test :)
For me, the second signal is better then first. Because in first figure we have potential lose more then in the second one. (According to Dow theory, if new bottom or top breaking the whole move it means that we have infringement of the trend and we must leave the market)
This is one tip from my MM. If I see that I have big potential lose, I try not to trade or I trade very carefully

Victor, you are very talented and generous trader.
Thank you for explaining the method and keeping the trades opened for public; don´t see that behavior from a successful trader very often. :)
The system you use took the old good 'trend is your friend' to a next level for me, kind of eye opener.
Tnx again!

Victor,
Thank you for the clarification on the USDCHF chart.
Yes, I thought you would be working with the older trend, but it appeared to have been broken / weakened in the third wave, so i looked for a newer set. It appears that there is potential for a large move up shortly, if the pair manages to break 0.9400.
May I inquire why you suddenly reversed your postilion on EURGBP?
Of course, it was profitable, but I could not identify a trade based on your system.
Was it simply that the support trend line (starting March 10) was broken?
Or was it a possibility of a reversal based on fundamentals or knowledge of the upcoming M&A flows against the Euro?
Could you please take a look at the EURCAD chart - everything seems in place
I shorted the pair at 1.3718 SL 1.3779 (previous high) TP 1.3665 / 1.3615 / 1.3535.
Thank you
