Doug, please respond to my refund request via support@vortextraderpro.com
If you're able to check myfxbook and respond to REV and VTP posts, you can surely respond to your email. I have put this in weeks ahead of my 60 day grace period, please honor the request ASAP without baiting out the time until its out of the grace period.

So far I'm trying to work out the refund with plenty of time left in my grace period, I tried to use the link for refund that initially came in the clickbetter.com email supplied as the receipt, but it says my account has already been refunded... which nothing shows on the card I used initially, nor paypal I supplied etc. I sent support@vortextraderpro.com the information requested on the specific refund link he sent me, I will keep everyone posted how this goes.

Just so everyone knows, he is not making it right with his refund request, I put in an initial dispute the day I purchased the product because he overcharged me about 65 USD from HIS conversion (not including my foreign transaction fee from CC processor)
He is now telling me this via email: 'Can't refund an order... that was already refunded. You did a chargeback the day after you purchased... You never paid for the product..'
I disputed the ADDED amount to make it equally 799 (which was the fair price of the product as listed on multiple receipts) this guy is not making it right with my refund request, which I still haven't seen either. I will continue to update everyone, but so far this Doug guy is a great job at dragging this out to scam my money with weeks left on my refund window.

I requested for refund today, taking massive losses all over the place! Seems like whenever I put in on live I was hunted by big money with this EA, I almost lost a big amount if I didnt close manually before. Just supper disappointed as backtest were nothing this bad.

Continuing my refund process updates:
Doug is making this '100% Hassle Free' refund as annoying as possible to get. He is no longer replying to my emails, yet makes plenty of time to respond on the boards here. This 100% Hassle Free refund is looking like a huge scam.
Any prospect purchasers beware. I would like to report good news that he made good with his word like he says he does all over these boards, but he is not honoring any refunds I can see from others at this time. I started this refund process with 3 weeks of my window left, still has 2 weeks available.
I will happily report when he makes good with my refund but until he does, I STRONGLY advise people to not purchase this product if they are on the fence and the refund was a selling point for testing.

My Demo on Tallinex is doing the same trades as the Vendor.
Doug, Can you have the Support group check for my email ([email protected]... maybe you do all your own support.. ;-) ). Here is the guts of the email:
'If I start with a lot size of 2.0, and say a week later after a couple of trades I change to 0.5 lot, one of the open trades with default magic number 578937 stays with the lot size of 2.0, where the other trade opened with magic number 582328 follows the new config.
I also noticed the 578937 magic number trade get the comment, where 582328 just puts a 0.'

Sorry, but show your account to myfxbook because I have not found 1 account on myfxbook that has the same trades as vendor. I only read about them but never backed with proof. Weird isn't it? All I see are accounts with huge losses left and right.

At this point, I have to just go through my credit card company and try to dispute through them. 'Doug' seemed pretty upset I was being so transparent about this on the forums here. And saying when I got overcharged initially by quite a bit, saying I should have just contacted him.
I tried to contact his processor ClickBetter, which when selected to speak with a representative, I got about 6 rings before it gave me an audio recording saying 'All representatives are assisting other customers and call later' without even a call queue then hung up on me.
Also, here is a quote directly from his email to me: 'in my terms i never said anything about it being hassle free'. 'Doug' just accept the fact that you sell a defective product, which has lost people a large chunk of money and accounts aren't matching up to yours.
I'm letting people know about my experience, that's why there is a comments section here for transparency.
You need to learn to accept positive and negative feedback.

Don't use this EA with SynergyFX. On demo, the trade follows the vendor well. But on live it's a different story, always enter losing trades and miss the winning trades. This has happened a few times this week.
I suspect vendor and SynergyFX are working together. It's probably a 'demo' account labelled as 'live' on myfxbook.
edit: I rang Synergy querying about the different trade opened between my EA and vendor's EA. They assured me the data feed is exactly the same and questions my EA settings different to vendor. I told him it's the same setting. When I asked what's vendors account type he said he is on hybrid account. This is very concerning. Synergy has to be working with vendor to give out these kind of information freely.

More importantly, VTP is a blackbox with No settings. Everyone using same logic.
We are all aware of getting different trades because this is normal with EAs that rely on indicators because one brokers M15 chart will have CCI -80.1 while another broker M15 chart will have CCi 79.8 which results in one broker getting trade while another not getting trade.
Unfortunately VTP doesn't include any debugging for us to compare who has what ( indicator values) and we're left with no information besides the vendor say ' use this broker instead...'
That's not even the beginning of the problems here.
Tick data backtest shows loss on same dates that Vendor's live account does not. Customers report loss, vendor does not. Customer at Synergyfx reports loss, Vendor's Synergyfx account does not.
There are no accounts that follow Vendor 100%.
There is only 1 way to solve the issue here, provide signal service.
If vendor refuse, we know why. Through signal, we all get the same entry and exit +/- some slippage but then there are no more customers getting loss without the vendor getting same loss.
Also since this is not HFT, providing signal is easy to do because WSR already proves success with 1600+ Myfxbook subscribers - https://www.myfxbook.com/members/autotrade/wallstreet-eur33gbp30/372006
