I dont know about the costs, but regulatory wise Poland is as bad as you can get I guess, in terms of setting up a fund. I am generally happy with XTB, but:1) some markets like grains, energies are closed when the actual exchanges and futures are open for trading - their biggest weakness showing they are amaturs in fact2) The spreads on some products are so huge that they are simply funny. Ex. Sugar - a spread of 0,5%...
