Sphantom claimed that they have thousand of email/replies that need to entertain. I also bought this EA in end of December 2013, i know that one day will come to blow the account, but doesn't know it come too early. So sad. Lucky that i use my profit from other account to buy this EA, anyway i hope if sphantom could do some refund, i don't think this EA can cost so much. Very funny, now some people are sad and angry about this EA after this huge DD, but people still buy this EA since it is not cheap and no refundable. People should know the risk and sphantom did say that in earlier pos...

I believe they have done some adjustment. From what i observed, sphantom and mine account, the NAV and TP is different. That mean sphantom TP will be 40 pips, and mine will be 30 pips if they do not close the trade earlier manually. But seem like trend likely move higher. But i believe it will fall back later on since it arrive at resistance line.

What i mean is if sphantom does not to change the main core of this EA, but still able to achieve the good result, then it would be great to close slightly a few pips lately.

Actually the price (Bid and ask) for every broker is not exactly the same, as you can open up few broker and compare the LIVE price. They are slightly different due to spread and speed. So some of us might not have the same result. I have asked sphantom to close the price slightly more a few pips, so our close price would have slightly better gain.

I am using FXCM, first position open price slightly far away, but 2nd position open price is better than sphantom. However, i took a small loss, for the first time i put this EA goes LIVE, because it works well since had forward test it for quite some time.

I have emailed them before, they recommended IBFX AU, FXCM & Fxpro only. I am using FXCM, it works well in demo and live.

You just sit tight without doing anything since it is connected and verified. So far from i have observed, no new position is opened since 20/12/2013. You can search this EA here to see and compare their LIVE account if to match yours.
