also ad leverate to the list.but the monthly costs are 10k minimum but based on volume. both BT and leverate force you to use their own liquidity.

also dont forget, that liquidity providers do not like to be stuck with only winners, if you do that, they will start hedging your execution. and as a result it will widen your spread. also if you dont have enough volume, meaning pushing at least a B a day, then you have to go to a sub Liquidity guys, and they take a fee as well... You will need to hire a staff to be customer service to your co-op, also a Tech guy x2 as you need 24/5 coverage. and oh yeah, banks ( the reputable) wont talk to you unless you got regulation, and not BVI bullshit either... otherwise your stuck with banking in Latv...

As someone who worked in a brokerage let me tell you why this is never going to work. There are SOO many hidden costs you dont even know about, that the broker covers with the extra .7 pips* they charge you.*This is the normal amount, anything above that is not competitive, anything below that and the broker is really risking losing money. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________1. Merchant Fees... Forex falls into the HIGH risk zone, so typical fees are about 4% of deposit. Most brokers eat it. also there is a 6 month 10% rolling r...

Showing some drawdown is healthy, accounts who are "perfect" with no drawdown are scarrier to people then accounts with some drawdown. As this way clients can see what potential losses can be. Some very dangerous systems have no drawdowns until they explode.

Using my super duper indicator, currently this pair is un-tradable, as it is signalling a possible turn. With a break north of 1.0887 making it a major BUY. a move back under 1.0802 resumes the trend down.

I honestly think this guy is sniffing glue... first he is the best trader, now that he is in the weeds, he is only doing this to show how good of a software and hardware engineer. and next week he will show us how great of a waiter he is... ( yes I would like to biggie size my fries)
Account Drawdown

Experienced Traders
Jan 10, 2014 at 18:35
Here is where we disagree, most traders who are only risking 1% if not less, tend to be advanced traders. As they are not risking a lot and going after huge market swings, to make 2-3% returns with low risk to their capital. This is actually what professional traders do. Think about it, amatuer traders are concerned with how much money they can make, and what is the return, advanced traders focus on the risk, or even better the R:R which stands for Risk to Return ratio. Most advanced traders only enter trades where their stoploss to Initial TP is at least 2 to 1, if not more. Why? Because the...

@Master_Kiwa I think your partially correct, however an 85% drawdown, is not something many people would be able to handle. Also while I agree with you that PIP drawdown is important, you need to consider what happens when someone uses martingale, pip drawdown will be smaller, but the amount per pip will be much bigger. basically both of the stats go hand in hand and cant be ignored.

Caught this little beauty for a ride... started with 0.05 lots, but after 40 pips, booked 0.03 profit and moved the SL to breakeven+15 on the rest. then my system added another 0.02 lots every 50 pips and moving the SL to the new BE+15 for the new lot size.... it will continue until the market decides it had enough... ( hopefully more to come)

i believe its bc most people cant stand to close losers, as in poker, they are stuck with the thought that if they fold, then they suck, or the world will end and so forth, which eventually bleeds the account.
