I'll second Alex's comment. SimpleFX is very easy to use and what I appreciate most is the transparency. They don't charge commission on trades; only spread. Thus, your profit and loss is clearly visible to you. It's extremely user friendly.
Sometimes, the spread goes crazy - like this morning when USDSGD spread was 100 points, but it normalise fairly quickly though.

their system went offline often. some crazy spreads sometimes they blame on market. yet on other brokers not to be found.; so my advice .. don't use..

I honestly think a lot of people just come here and vote who haven't even used their service. I've been trading for 11 years and have easily used the services of 15-20 brokers. I rank SimpleFX as #2 and in most categories #1.
Firstly, they listen to clients like no other broker I've seen. You ask for an instrument and they seriously consider it. If one person makes a good enough suggestion within a week you see the feature on the platform. They offer crypto trading, currencies, indices and some US stocks. Their spreads are excellent and they have a ton of unique features.
#1 - Their web platform is excellent and easy to use. There's a live chat with friendly reps available 24/7. It has integrated charting. You can place your trades right on the charts with quick trade features and also drag and drop your stop-loss and take profit orders.
#2 - Somehow they have a way of letting you trade smaller lots than any other broker I've seen. At least when it comes to stocks. I'm guessing they are using CFDs, but it makes a real difference for small accounts.
#3 - They offer MT4. Not a poorly put together bridge like many companies but a well done one. MT4 is seemless with no requotes or execution problems (like a lot of bridges out there).
#4 - Order execution is seemless. Everything is nearly instant.
In conclusion I can't say enough good things about this broker. The only problem is that they may not advertise enough to get a lot of clients. For that reason people don't really know about them.
