generally after having a losses from trade we become emotional and trade over and over , we lost our motive and mind , as a result become loser. its more appropriate to become cool when having a loss and stop trading for a while.

Losses are part of the game and you`ve got to be prepared for it.

very true. It is difficult to deal with losses. I am still trying to get it. I hate losing. Especially 3 trades in a row, everything spirals down for me then

I don't agree with this statement. The only reason someone becomes emotional and 'loses their cool' after losing a trade is if they risked more on the trade then they are willing to lose. There is a difference between 'revenge trading' and trading. If you stop trading you might miss the next opportunity. The mistake was risk management not trading.

Totally. Risk management causes emotional problems. No one ever got emotional about losing money on a demo account

Use a notebook to printout the reason of your trading! I am sure, it’ll help you a lot!

Losses are inevitable in trading, and every trader has had losses at one point or the other. What really matters is how you deal with your losses. One should not trade to recover losses, but trade to learn and make profits. Psychology matters a lot for successful trading, and for growth of a trader

I agree with the last poster here anyway. You really need to learn how to manage your money here anyway. Loosing a bit shouldn't stop you at all if you really in need of something big. That things happening all the time, be prepared and set budgets for that.

In Fx trading, learning is not easy despite of having too many sources including pips school, learning sometimes boning and usually new traders get tempts to start trading without enough knowledge and become fascinated with the way of trading live which may cause laziness and trapped by wishful thinking get rich quickly scheme

Agree! In this case, learning is more challenging since there is no specific syllabus; besides a number of new traders start their trading without any mentor!

Right, we know where are the lacking points. Wrong expectation produces greed, greed to lazy, lazy to revenge, and messy circle on. Such people needs (genuine) mentor to fix their engine.

But if traders have lowly attitude with great patience, lessons would be whole lot better for them without cranky noises (err behaviour).

Forex trading is hard and there will be losses. Most important thing is to accept them and learn from them. Not to get bothered and revenge trade.

Losses are inevitable in forex trading, what matters is how different traders react to these losses. It's important to focus on getting as much trading education as possible, and learn more about risk management. If you experience too much losses, take a trading break and watch from the sides for a while

I don`t believe in mentors. I`ve started without and now (8-9 years later) after a long learning i`m not regret about it. Besides so called mentors these days are mainly fake.

Loss is good for forex traders!! Let me explain...

Forex trading is highly risky and your capital at risk. I hope you saw or heard it before.

Forex trading first condition is you have to prepare for loss before entering forex trading. It almost happens with beginners sometimes also with beginners.

But don't give up, just you have to know how to recover forex loss, you may look there for motivation and education https://www.forexvolumes.com/blog/how-to-recover-from-loss-on-forex

If you follow Wikipedia, you can see 'List of trading losses' a big list.

Just proper education and your mental physiology can out of it. So let's begin again

According to me, being able to take losses in a positive manner is a prerequisite of becoming a successful trader. Having losses will only take you through your mistakes as a trader and eventually you will learn and start to make good profits. Just be sure that you exit a position giving you losses as soon as possible.

Accepting losses is fine, it is part of trading.
The most important is to keep losses less frequent than profits :)
If your stop losses are too tight you will close trades too soon with loss while they can later turn into profit.
It is hard to determine what is the best approach and definitelly that should differ per trade system.

Moving past the stress of a loss is such an important part of being a well rounded trader. The pros do not care about losing, they can be in a loss for months at a time. Getting the Lot size right is very important to feeling better about losses

That’s the reality; all successful traders made their pro trading skill manually! Besides, managing a good mentor is more challenging than learning Forex! So, new traders need to start their learning process manually!
