I think trusting a broker depends on a lot of factors like execution speed, transparency, customer support and so on. And If i talk about myself, market101 ticks all the right boxes in this case. Reason being, their tight spreads, quick withdrawals and helpful support who make sure to give you appropriate solutions. And their trading fee is also not that high if you compare it with other brokers. That’s why I trust them for my trading.

Choosing the best broker depends on your individual trading goals, preferences, and needs. While I don’t endorse a specific broker, here are some qualities to look for when selecting a trusted broker.
1. A trusted broker should be regulated by a reputable financial authority (e.g., FCA, CySEC, ASIC, or local regulators in your region). This ensures the broker adheres to strict standards for transparency and client protection.
2. Look for a broker with clear information about spreads, commissions, and withdrawal fees to avoid hidden costs.
3. A reliable broker should offer a robust trading platform like MetaTrader 4 (MT4) or MetaTrader 5 (MT5), along with user-friendly mobile and desktop apps.

Been meaning to give Market101 a shot. How are their spreads during high-volatility sessions?

Market101 is the best one. $3.5/lot and spreads are always tight. No withdrawal issue.
In trading, knowledge is power; in practice, patience is key.

I have my main broker, but recently I tried VantoFX. I always make the same test - withdrawal during the weekend. They processed my withdrawal after aprox 10 minutes at sunday, so they passed my test. I didn't have to wait for document approval - that's also a big +. In general I think I will move main funds there.

From my personal experience:
Fxview for its tight spreads, low-latency, VPS for fast execution.
IC Markets also has decent spreads and good customer support.
Pepperstone for its user-friendly platform.
Tickmill has low commission and offers a range of platforms.

I think this really depends on the value of your investment and the way you trade. For a normal trader with a small investment, its better to go to new or small brokers that offer really low spreads and sometimes a bonus. However, for big investors, in my opinion, the spreads/commission do not matter especially if the broker is full stp. However, you should always check the broker's regulations, make sure they are still active, try to ask around about the broker and always test with a small amount first to see if there are any trading rules or any withdrawal issues before increasing the capital.

Great points about matching the broker to your investment size and trading style! Regulation and testing with a small amount first are critical steps for avoiding potential issues. Do you have a specific broker you’d recommend for beginners looking for low spreads and strong regulatory compliance?
