In myfxbook best is show demo account, because demo account results can't be manipulated with deposit and withdrawal.
And if you have good broker, than trades also will be the same like on real and demo account.

It is EASY to me an EA look profitable on DEMO.
Just open a bunch of demo accounts, and then only post those ones which look profitable.

And if the EA made as much profit as they claim, then they would be showing live accounts and not trying to sell EA's to the public to make money.

Also.... They say things like:
'Attention, Our Expert Advisor is possible to get just on our website or e-mail.
Also it can't be decompiled, because it is hard connected to our server.

Which shows clearly they are just here to sell their products.
And since the EA is hard coded to connect to THEIR server, it will also be an extremely high risk for anyone running it on their own live account.
Without the source code to see what they are doing, it isn't worth the risk, and is likely unrealistic to expect it to perform profitably on a live account not controlled by them.

Also they have the LOT SIZES HIDDEN. Which is also a MAJOR red flag.

It would be a simple matter of being transparent and not hiding things like lot sizes, and also showing a live account with this EA.

I say this to the person selling these EA. If you're serious, and you have a profitable EA, provide me a copy of it, and allow me to run it on a LIVE US Based account such as OANDA for 90 days and I will post up a stats page with your EA running on a live account. If it is profitable, I will pay you twice your selling price for this EA. If it is NOT profitable, then it will prove my point that this is not realistic.

But many of customers have not like floating DD bigger than 10%, that's why we change Money Management setting to smaller, to not get anymore floating DD so big.
So there is no increasing lot size, but it is decreasing lot size, we not hide it, and tell how it is.
