Hello. How may I help you?
David 11:29:50 am
I, I have some issues concerning your service. Is there any strong reason why RoFx works with a unregulated broker?
If RoFx wold choose a regulated broker, the safety feeling of potential clients wold be stronger, dont' you agree?
Customer Support 11:31:41 am
We cooperate with top European, American and Asian brokers licensed and regulated by the corresponding authorities.
David 11:32:56 am
In https://www.myfxbook.com/ the broker is 'Ester'
What other brokers do you wor with and how can it be confirmed?
Customer Support 11:35:09 am
The list of the brokers we cooperate with changes depending on the conditions they provide. Ester is just one of the brokers we work with. The system is fully automated: when you generate an invoice, a broker is automatically assigned to you. So you'll be able to check all the detailed information on your broker in the invoice.
David 11:37:17 am
Sorry, I'm not understanding... Where can I check the broker assigned to me?
Customer Support 11:37:22 am
Let me explain
Our company has created the robot that generates trading signals, and the brokers we cooperate with execute them - this is how our customers get their daily profit. To use our service you need to create an account on our website, validate it by uploading a copy of your ID or driver's license, make a deposit and subscribe to one of the packages we offer - after that you'll start getting your daily profit. You can't choose your own broker. When you generate an invoice in your RoFx account, a brokers is automatically assigned to you. So you can see the detailed info on the broker assigned to you in the invoice.
Generating an invoice is necessary for funding your account. You create an invoice, pay it at your bank and once your RoFx account is credited, you can subscribe to a package and start getting your daily profit.
Or you can funds with BTC, no invoice will be required for that, you can transfer the funds from your e-wallet.
Minimum amount to subscribe for a Trial package is 1000 USD/EUR or 0.05 BTC for a Trial bitcoin package.
David 11:44:05 am
Ok... I already have one account and a TRIAL package runing with 1000€. In the process I didn't get the information about the assigned broker... Maybe I'm not cheking in the right place... Can you help me?
Customer Support 11:46:48 am
When you generated an invoice for 1000 EUR, its copy was sent to your email. After that you were supposed to print that invoice out and pay it at your bank or via online banking thus funding your RoFx account. That invoice you paid contains the information on the broker that was assigned to you when you generated the invoice in question. So if you want information on your broker you can find that invoice and check it there.
David 11:50:44 am
I've just checked it (invoice number: 67967.1). It only contains information about the Beneficiary bank account
Customer Support 11:51:04 am
Can you see the Beneficiary Account Name section?
David 11:52:50 am
Beneficiary Account Name: Aware Choice Limited
Customer Support 11:53:08 am
That's the name of the broker assigned to you.
David 11:54:37 am
I can´'t find any website of this broker...
Only this kind of info (when I google it):
Nature of business (SIC)
49200 - Freight rail transport
49410 - Freight transport by road
50200 - Sea and coastal freight water transport
51210 - Freight air transport
It doesn't seem to be a broker company!
Customer Support 11:57:28 am
When I google 'Aware Choice Limited' there is a lot if information and links. Please check your website settings, perhaps there are some kind of restrictions there or in the area where you're currently located.
David 11:57:52 am
can you send me the link?
Customer Support 11:58:45 am
Please google the information yourself, it's accessible for everyone.
David 11:59:35 am
this broker is not listed in any forex broker list!
Customer Support 12:01:01 pm
We cooperate with various forex brokers that are subjects to various jurisdictions and cooperate with various payment service providers.
For optimization purpose our system selects the most favourable conditions and forms bank details accordingly.
This is performed due to the reasons of convenience and funds transfer speed. This is considered to be an ordinary practice.
David 12:02:44 pm
You must agree with me that all of this transmits a big lac of transparency...
Customer Support 12:04:35 pm
I'm afraid I can't agree with that. Our company has been in the market since 2009 and we currently have more than 30 thousand active customers worldwide. Ad far as I understand, your own Trial package is working right now bringing you daily profit.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
David 12:05:14 pm
I will complete my full opinion about your service when all the process completes. Hopefully it wont turn to a wrong direction...
That´s all for today

Any updates here? @drarq
This thing looks like a pyramid scheme. Nothing seems to be real trading here. Maybe they have their own MT4-server, so they can show us faked results here. Why should anyone invest 10 million USD into an unknown broker and never do a single withdrawal within 2 years now? Veery suspicious that is. You can't even see any real trading results in your account, or? @ryan4097

This is not live monitoring, anyone can create a statement like that. You sent money to an unregulated broker... They can produce nonexisting trades on their servers. Anyone with mql license can do it and it will show on myfxbook as real trading. That is why you always invest in a broker that is well regulated and has a reputation otherwise they can fake and do whatever they wish.
If I were you I would withdraw my initial deposit out while you can...

Appreciate the concern for other people’s money but I’ll just keep on growing & collecting my profits. Prudent advice for anyone to withdraw their initial deposit (as profits) when they are able. I plan on enjoying a long ride on this horse while the naysayers sit in the cheap seats & find any fault they can justify. Hopefully, the noise gets louder because that’s just another indication I’m in the correct position. All the best!

Hello everyone,
Like myself, I'm sure many of you have been weary of ROFX due to the mystery surrounding the company and its operators, even though the returns appears quite tempting. Like any prudent investor, I have tried to learn all I possibly can about its history before investing. The company claims to have existed since 2010, yet the only available, verifiable track record - here on MyFXBook - only goes back to July of 2018. I have spoken with many supposed customers, and I have not happened upon a single person who has claimed any negligence. ROFX seems to pay out, reliably. However, during the course of my investigation, I did find some information that might be of interest to you all. On March 16, 2011, there was a company by the name of Rofx Ltd incorporated in the UK at 145-157 St John Street, London. (https://app.duedil.com/company/gb/07566072/rofx-ltd) As you can see from the site, the company has since been dissolved. The first, and only director, listed is a man by the name of Jure Valant. Upon searching for Mr. Valant, I found a website by an author by the name of Jure Valant (https://jurevalantbooks.com/). Here is a description about the author from the site:
'Jure Valant was born in 1979 in the Yugoslavian republic of Slovenia. After its independence in 1991 the economy starts growing in the country and Jure becomes an entrepreneur being only 19 years old.
After 20 turbulent years in the offshore business and four published books (Financial freedom 1 and 2, Top 5 online businesses and Offshore Business), Jure decides to follow his passion of writing science fiction crime novels based on realistic economy crashes, world politics and international relations, money laundering, wars, mafia etc.
Jure supports his story and books by hosting unique business seminars.'
The 'offshore business' caught my eye, especially since ROFX is registered offshore. His titles include The Money Launderer, Digital Boy, New Economy, and The Correction. He has quite a unique name, and based upon the subject matter of which he writes, I'm fairly confident he is the same man as listed on the company registration page. I have no idea if he is still involved with ROFX. But I thought you may find this interesting.

Yes, I did successfully withdraw 1000€ plus profits from my Trial package. There was no issues in that process... But the bottom-line is: If RoFx decides to 'go off-line' and vanish from the system, there is now way anyone can claim their invested money back! 1k, 10k, 1 million... it will be all gone and there´s no country or regulatory institution that can help you. All because investors transfer their money to weird named companies (their not even brokers)! After I tested the system I was certain that I wold not ever invest more money with RoFx. But everyone is free to risk their money...

The decision essentially remains with the prospective Investor and their own Risk appetite - I personally chose not to explore further.
Something to consider - it is very simple in this day to open up your own FX brokerage (relatively cheap) with an 'exotic' licence, which would allow someone to create a legitimate store-front, whilst purchasing a Meta quotes Licence (not cheap) which could theoretically enable someone access to its back-end or code in order to manipulate performance results to be published server-side to verify accounts etc - it has been seen before.
Their is also 'The Exit Scam', of which i personally lost money to a Bitcoin mining company who paid out for 30 months before the stunt, taking 17m from investors.
I am not in any way saying that this is the case with RoFX, only that this scenario happens in the market sadly.
I would like RoFX in all of its success to simply open and publish a small account with a Tier 1 FX Broker if they truly wanted to build a client base for longevity, possibly using a LPOA model. this is the simplest, most cost effective marketing tool they could adopt......but instead they show an account which started with an impressive capital sum of 10m, bringing to approx 45m, and STILL advertise a collective investment scheme using an unregulated broker (i believe they may likely own it otherwise i find it debatable that someone would move 10m to a third party unregulated broker, however i could easily be wrong) searching for retail clients asking them to move money, when their own capital is subjectively producing a few million each month.
Having said that i wish everyone making money with them the very best, it certainly looks very appealing to those of us on the outside looking in.

Having said that i wish everyone making money with them the very best, it certainly looks very appealing to those of us on the outside looking in.

I have had no issues, with ROFX, at all. I have a package that ends in 20 trading days, over 100k, I have no doubt about receiving my money. I have received all funds that have been requested, without any issues and have been timely, usually 2-3 days after I request them, . I will update after my package expires

Rofx has offered you the opportunity to use your own choice Tier 1 FX broker to trade your account directly from your mt4 according to your previous post. Majority of Rofx clients don’t have that kind of opportunity. What else do you want?
