Rebates are regularly paid until the 10th of the next month, so effectively, you're waiting only 9 days and not 2 months 😄.

@JoeGfxFrullifer rebates are shown in real-time as reported by the broker and as such, at the end of the month, if any errors are recognized, only then it can be fixed.As to the payment limitation - there is no point of allowing a withdrawal more than once per month since rebates are paid on a monthly basis. As to account - you can withdraw once per month per each trading account, meaning you can withdraw all of your rebates every month.

I'm afraid this is a delay on the broker's end and not ours. As soon as we're paid by the broker, you receive your rebates.I apologize for the inconvenience.

@Elena_Chopin Please note we do usually pay out rebates between the 1st and the 10th on each month. In your case, you have an account with XM - we are still waiting for the payment from the broker and once it is received, you will receive your rebates as well.Unfortunately, these kind of issues are out of our control - I apologize for the inconvenience.

This has been discussed several times in other topics and by email. The methods suggested in this thread will not filter out sophisticated manipulations. You should keep in mind that an owner of a trading platform can manipulate data as one has direct access to the database, therefore, such a feature will be partial at best and would miss its purpose.

1. You are forgetting the fact we're giving away $10 for each and every account you connect. Effectively, you need to earn only $90 to withdraw funds the first time and then you are not limited by an amount - this is a very reasonable limit.2. Support replies on average within 60 minutes in normal working hours and 8 hours otherwise (excluding weekends).

I apologize for the inconvenience; my reply was inaccurate;I've meant that AutoTrade signals are hand-picked, and all accounts must be verified before a user applies it to AutoTrade, as for Signal Start - systems are not hand-picked but all of the accounts are verified by default, because they are set up on our servers and users provide us with the account login detail so the data is fetched directly from the brokers.As for the account in your post, this is the data taken directly from the trading account of the broker.
