Your Risk of Ruin tells a different tale. Your 80% is undisputed, however, this has come at the expense of massive risk......I am not sure that this is how the smart people do it...........🙄

zzzero,I have had a look at the code and it is solid. I often find on these forums that you will get people sitting on the sidelines throwing stones at people that lift a finger to help others.....yet they do nothing to contribute. I haven't seen a constructive script or EA from you that does the same job any better, so what exactly is your problem with this code??Finstudio.......nice work!

Hi dungl,The compuforex trail should automatically compensate for 4/5 digit brokers as well as 3/5(2/4) digit instruments. If it doesn't, that is a bug. Please can you let me know if you have experienced any problems in this respect. There is at least one minor issue that I am aware of and that is a modification error 0 (which is annoying but not serious), that shows up under some configurations.RegardsKenny

I am sure it is on purpose. The SNB has a used to have a habit of messing with the CHF and they would target low-liquidity periods. I think it is far easier and cheaper for them to move the market when there is no liquidity.

Thanks.....been a bad month with Jade to boot. Lucky last night's fiasco only cost me about 1% but it could have been really nasty with a bit more exposure. I have come to believe that 50:1 leverage does have its benefits......it keeps risk under control.

Giorgio,You cannot resize indicator buffers, nor should you be trying to. An indicator buffer is is a special kind of an array and should not be treated like a normal one.

Well, this account is in the toilet.............lucky I was only in for about $3k........there are some guys out there that are seriously out of pocket.I have had good cause to re-assess my point of view on brokers and regulation. I think you summarised it with your second last sentence......LUCK. IMHO that is not trading........it is gambling. Either close out the positions, or read up sufficiently to take a fundamental stance on the NFP this afternoon. Remember, this bot does not know that it is NFP and therefore this has not been accounted for in its trading decision. Hi guys,The reason behind the decay is that it makes this trail highly customisable.......With a normal trail, if you were trailing at 50%, you would lose half the pips that were locked in at any one time, so lets say, the profit runs to 200 pips, you will eventually only bank 100 pips on the retrace. My thinking is that it would be nice to lock in more of those 200 pips.The trail allows you to provide a wide trail eg 80% and then wind the trail in over time. In fact, you could use this as nothing more than a move to break even if you prefer. ie trail @ 100% after say 30 pips with use decay fa...

LivenFX,Look at the quotes on the platform......some brokers offer prices up to 4 decimal places and others up to 5 decimal places.1 Pip is 0.0001 of a currency(disregard Yen pairs for now witch is a 2/3 digit instrument). With a 5 digit broker 1 pip = 0.00010I don't even know if there are any 4 digit brokers left..........
