FXCM Inc, an online foreign exchange trading service provider, said its systems were hacked and a 'small number' of unauthorized wire transfers were made from customer accounts.

That is truly amazing. I can't help to think if they are at fault because remember they were also one of the brokers that was hit by the chf crisis. You can't keep blaming bad luck.

Well there were manybrokers affected by Swiss bullet.
On the other hand they should have invest some of their profit into security.
Also the strange thing was that any good broker just allows you to withdraw back to your own bank account.

I understood that there were only 2 brokers affected by the chf disaster to the point where their existence was in jeopardy. Those were Alpari UK and FXMC USA. I think every broker was affected one way or another.

Can you explain how someone is able to withdraw money to someone else bank account? I though any broker just allow withdrawal to the original account owner.
