If you are not sure what you are doing with your chart, you must not trade in a live account. Please dedicate yourself to learn how to trade first. Once you find some strategies that work for you, trade with tiny lot. If you make money consistently even if its a tiny amount, only then you move towards live trading with proper lot.

Don't trade unless you know what are you doing and why you are doing. There should have solid reason to open or close a trade.

If you notice some serious issues in your behavior when you're in fron of the laptop and try to run trading activity, then you're on a right way. Everytime you see that you always overtrade or something like that, or you can't control emotions, then you have to make some steps in order to prevent the future issues. You see that you can't control emotions, try to use some practices like meditation in order to start understand your inner voice. If you always overtrade, then try to create a special plan and try to follow this plan. Everything is difficult, but it's useful for you.

Go back to demo to save your money and just treat it with the same resepct as you would with real money. Habits are a result of repitition. The issue is too many traders don't treat demo with any real respect as it's 'not real' and then don't instil solid habits to carry across to a live account.
If you can't spot the liquidity then you are the liquidity.

Discipline is one of the hardest trait to ever achieve so just take as much as time you can to master it. Don't rush and half hearted it.

Read what ever you want but do demo trading side by side.

I understand your pain and I can assure you, you're not the only one who faced such situation. In my opinion, the matter for you is to never give up. If you once have started, then continue this activity. You can pass some additional courses, there are plenty of such ones in the internet. As for overtrading, then here I can advice you to take some days off and try to distract from charts, graphics, analysis and other things. It really helps and I personally felt something like that. The distraction helped me a lot. I got back to trading after a week of slacking and actually I saw the result. If you're ready to work hard, then do it until the end.
