looks as if I have chosen the wrong login link. There are different passwords for mt4 and client portal

I have just done exactly the same as Joey and now I can log in again. The screen looks completely differently and you can only see your current balance, but at least I am in. Just chat with the helpdesk at PriorFX and ask them to reset your password so you can get in with the new link.

Yup link works but no where near as much info as the previous MT4 screen (although I did hate those rolling numbers!). Hope they add more features soon as I am feeling a bit blind...

Hi all. Since we can't login anymore to old MetaTrader client area MyFXbook doesn' t update anymore and I can't connect again my priorFx account with new password from the new client area. Does anybody else have the same problem and how to resolve it?

I also got my new credentials but I'm confused by the new withdrawal page. It seems I have to route my funds through one of their preferred banks (swissquote, etc...) before being able to withdraw to my own bank account.
I wasn't planning on withdrawing soon but I like to know what I can expect when I do.
I have sent priorfx an email regarding this issue, but I would to know if anybody here has any info on this.

mt4 account hide from us bcz myfxbook and priorfx equity isn't same.if mt4 account show -30% myfxbook show -3% only. We see that and feeling tension so that bp hide from us. It no problem of broker. It's not right bp. U decide wrong decision.

***You're all already aware the equity was not displaying correctly in the new client area, and is awaiting a fix.***
***The only reason the equity is not *yet* showing in the new client area at PriorFX is because the fix is not yet in place.***
***After they apply the fix, you'll see the equity in the client area again.***
That's it, it's that simple.
You simply need to be patient.

I have no hesitations about BP33 but ...
I find it unbelievable that a FX broker goes to business with a faulty website ?!? Net Equity is THE most important parameter for the investors... and priorfx dare to go live with a website that is faulty ??? This, Net Equity should be tested through & through before going live. I hear already for weeks now that people complain about that... Fixing this error in Net Equity calculation cannot take that long... I'm a developer since 30 yrs so I know what I'm talking about. Big shame !

Here is the reply from priorfx:
Usually on that stage you pick the bank that you sent funds in before. If you go to the following stage however you will see that is asks for all the details of the bank account that you would like us to send your withdrawal in.

Incorrect.
New client area is *replacing* the old one.
It just isn't finished yet, plus we currently have to tolerate the display issue.

This doesn't make any sense at all to me (but I might just be reading it incorrectly).
With regard to investing, you have absolutely zero need for MT4. Not now, not ever.
You do however have the need to see the equity on their website - and they are working on it as you know.
In the meantime, use the stats update on myfxbook. My next post will remind you of the links (which have been up for some time now btw).

Why we follow myfxbook?? We are investor of forex broker. Its important to show correct equity show forex broker. If the equity show wrong, so what type of broker it is?? In this forex market priorfx is only one best broker?
