Using the default risk setting of 35%, the EA would have encountered SL six times over the past 1 year, if you examine the chart carefully.
I don't understand why you try to brush it off as 'false claims' that are 'absolutely untrue'.

As manual recommends 100% risk should be used. And it's defined by how much capital is uses.

Nonsense. Nowhere in the manual recommended using 100% risk. The manual says default settings should be used, and the default risk shows 0.35 whenever the 'reset' button is clicked.

The last part says:
'The minimum deposit for lot=0.01 is $1200. but be aware - you will trade with 100% risk! So for safe trade it’s better to have about $3400 on your deposit.'
The above only tells us that for a 0.01 lot starting size, you are risking $1200. But if you have $3400, and you set the risk to 0.35, the minimum lot size is still 0.01. You are effectively risking 3400 x 0.35 = $1190, which is approximately $1200 as above.
Does anyone else interpret the above as recommending the users to set the risk to 100%???
