How I got RIPPED OFF by EXNESS...

Hi Hugoo. Thank you for you support. Here you will find attached a screen print showing how their "automatic withdrawal" advertised everywhere stops to be automatic when you want to withdraw more than your deposited. Translation of comment you can see in French means: "No need to worry, transaction will be processed as soon as possible" ;)As for my case, you can find the whole story with every details on Forex Peace Army (sorry to advertise another website here on MyFxBook !) "Scam folder Alert" as I'm currently uploading everything there. It's quite long,...

Don't worry DrVodka. You can be assured that what need to be done WILL be done.Currently all evidence is provided on a FPA scam case, and Exness is supposed to answer. Curious to see what they will say. Maybe they will accept to compensate, who knows ?

I would say that Exness has the best conditions you could dream of: Incredible spreads that are as good as best ECNs like LMAX or DUKASCOPY without any fee, and amazing swap rates (Maybe the best you can find). And you can have 30% rebates on top of this (I was with BestForexCashback, which had always been great). I told myself a few times that it was too good to be true, and unfortunately I was right, but at the same time, I was stupid too (won't change anytime soon I guess) and continued trading anyway as everything was fine for approx 6 months. Then, as I was making too much profit I gue...

I trade real money with Oanda, and feel that they are pretty honest for everything (I really didn't have this feeling with some other brokers I went before). I would rate them as one of the very best MARKET MAKER around. But I really don't know what happened to your orders ... And seems that it was on demo, right ? (you talk about the contest). I doubt any broker would trick you on demo :) Why would they ?
Does anyone have experience with Armada markets?

Just to add some explanations about the "2 months per year for 3 years" US residence raidenworks was talking about ealier in this post, it is really in fact approx. 4 months per year as year -1 only counts for 1/3 and year -2 only counts for 1/8 of days of presence. If you calculate the 'average' maximum presence per year you can be in the US to *NOT* be considered tax resident for 3 years, it is 125 days per year (125+125/3+125/8=182,29), which is aprox. 4 months. An average of 126 days per year would be too much ! (126+126/3+126/8=183,75)Raidenworks (thanks!) kindly sent me t...
More Than 1:50 for US based Traders & Investors

Hi,If I'm not wrong, in fact there isn't anything preventing US residents to open high leveraged forex accounts, offshore if they want. The CFTC rules say that BROKERS not registered with them, with THEIR rules (1:50, FIFO, no Hedge) are not allowed to accept US residents or something like that, and they regularly sue some brokers about this.Sad to see how the "land of the free" is now acting ;(About solutions, we can talk about this in private.Mevo.
