She unfortunately received improper compensation due to a miscommunication and we've been trying to compensate the rest of her funds to her ever since, which has been complicated by the fact that she's closed her account. I assure you however that her loss was incurred due to a highly irregular incident during which our site had to shut down, and that we are absolutely committed to settling the matter in a manner that is just to all parties.Best regards,Andy, eToro Team
