In my experience, the best practice to deal with emotions in trading is to use pending orders instead of market orders .Placing market orders means emotions will definitely affect irrespective of how experienced a trader is and he is bound to make some mistakes by emotions. But pending orders at a fixed market price, stoploss and take profit don't have such problems of emotional trading.

Good Risk to reward means take only those trades which has very high probability of success with take profit and stoploss ratio of more than 2 or even more.But if someone will take just every trade and hope the market will give at least 2 times profit pips compared to his stop loss, then it is a wrong approach.All new traders must reduce the number trades they take every day or every week to half and then, naturally their trading profits will increase since they will take only high probability trades.If emotions create problem for new traders, then set and forget type style of trading is best ...

Correct..But if someone just starts from nothing without any help, then it can even take years of study and own market research and still might struggle to make profit in forex.But with the help of a already successful trader, definitely one can make the learning process faster and at least be confident about his trading system even if he doesn't make profit initially since he will know that the other trader is already successful using the same system.Of course, the learning process always continues for life time and while many successful traders make money at the same time keep learning. ...

true. More bonus means more trading and more losses for the trader and more profit for the broker.So it is always better to avoid any brokers who offers any form of deposit bonus.
