first ask the withdrawal and inactivity policies. I had an account of 3000 usd and month after month they deducted 50 usd for inactivity. I was in recovery and was not performing operations. because of avatrade policy i had to go through a whole time consuming process. but ava trade simply discounted my money and never returned the money due to policy.
The spreads are not as low as they say. In the end I had to change broker and they never returned the money.
I did not like the treatment with the client and they have policies to steal money. wiretransfers are delay and not good plataform.

Great Broker, withdrawal is normally processed in a very short time frame, usually 3 to 4 business days for wire transfer. Low spread, overall, great customer service. I will recommend AVAtrade to all traders.

Worst Customer service ever. They haunt clients trade if winning. Not good for Fund manager. I placed a withdrawal of $1000 and it was rejected, they told me to split my withdrawal. DAMN

i'm using Avatrade with automated system and it works , the Big problem is the customer service the worst ever , a certain Boris Ivanov is using irony about my micro account 100 EUR because i was winning 4 EUR/day , i think it's not professional at all and a company is rappresented by it customer service [email protected] : I hope your trading plans pay off with more than 4GBP Profit!

For the commercial customer is a good broker.
For a manager sucks, delay payments, does not give satisfaction, takes money from investors and not forwards to the manager. Terrible.
