I’ve been using IC Markets for over five years, and their customer support is excellent. It’s easy to reach them by email, phone, or live chat whenever I need help. Managng my account with a large deposit has been smooth, and I’ve never had any problems with withdrawals. On of the better brokers out there. Timely deposits and withdrawals. Tight spreads and good pricing. Only short fall is when there is data or news driven event. Somehow, all liquidity is dried up or non existent. Got to have far away SL or no at all.

I registered with this broker after using a demo account for 8 months, which yielded good results with my trading strategy. Subsequently, I moved to a live account and opted for a raw spread account. However, I encountered an issue with the broker as they increased the spread to 35 pips during high-impact news events. Following this, I contacted customer service and explained that I had chosen a raw spread account specifically for lower spreads, as all forex trading sites indicated that this broker offered competitive rates compared to other forex brokers. The representative responded that they do not offer fixed spread accounts and attributed the increased spread and slippage to low liquidity. Essentially, they raise the spread and slippage to offset low liquidity at the trader's expense. My main advice is not to trust such brokers or the paid reviews on forex trading sites.
