Forex trading takes more than just a feeling to be successful. If you are a newbie, try to negotiate and have a mentor to teach you a lot and especially how to manager your risk. It's difficult having a mentor, as a professional retail forest trader, I sometimes find it difficult to mentor people at times, because I'm very engaged trading accounts and analysing entry and exit points.
So as a newbie, try to get a mentor and don't trade yourself till you have comfortably developed your strategy during your mentorship. Some mentors might agree to build your account along while trading, while some if you are very close to them, might give you access to their real time trading calls.
But as a Newbie, when you are being mentor, always don't forget to develope your strategy during the mentorship, and emphasize a lot on Money management, with low drawdowns. In my decades of trading, I don't mess around with Drawdowns and Low risks for big profits in return, this is what that have been earning me contracts with firms year in, year out and couple with I sign contracts that allows me to trade from anywhere. Have a good mentorship, thank you.

As a forex trader, my preference between scalping and swing trading would depend on various factors, including market conditions, personal trading style, and risk tolerance.
Scalping involves making frequent trades with small profit targets over short time frames, requiring intense focus and quick decision-making. It can be suitable for traders who thrive in fast-paced environments and can effectively manage risk.

Starting out in forex can be tough, especially with all the factors like emotions and risk management to consider. I know firsthand because I went through it too. I faced similar challenges when I first started. To ease the pressure and still stay active in the market, I turned to copy trading and it proved to be a convenient option for me. Others may disagree, but it was an ideal choice for me and relieved some of the stress when I was still learning the basics.

I think you are giving your power and destiny to someone else who you don't even know. The only way forward is to get educated and do it all yourself. Put aside a year for education, then open demo account, no money. Then show yourself to be profitable for 6 months consistently. Then open a small live account. Good luck friend.
