What happened the last 2 weeks? being investor in multiple accounts i saw my accounts dropping over 25% in one day last week, where positions with a negative result were suddenly closed without explanation. Now since that moment i've seen many days with 3-4% loss per day. Now today from 1 of the account keepers I see an email that improvements are promised and that was at the moment the score for today was still positive. However when I checked one of the accounts in the afternoon I again see a 3% loss, many positions were closed with negative results without hitting stop/loss. After that from one of the other accounts I see an email from Swiss with a crappy explanation that you faced a server error causing all the positions to close, causing losses.

Please explain what is happening and what the compensation will be from Swiss side, as still fees are being paid even though due to these errors over 30% is lost in 2 weeks.

All this is happening since the new site and subscribtion method.

What is going on in the last 2 weeks? Being an investor in multiple accounts of which some use your EA, I've seen my accounts drop more than 30% in the last 2 weeks. It started last week when multiple positions with a negative result were closed without any reason (not hitting stop/loss) resulting in a drop of over 25% in one day. The explanation one of my investors got was that the strategy was changed and this loss would be covered in the next weeks. However, from that moment i've seen multiple days with 3-4 % loss per day. One of my investors contacted you this week and showed me an email in which you stated this was indeed a bad period, but improvements would be made.

Now this afternoon suddenly all their open positions closed again with negative results, resulting in a 3% drop at once. The explanation they got was their was an issue on the server, and you adviced them to shutdown the EA until further notice.

As the last 8 months have been showing great results, I am a little worried since the new site and subscribtions something has changed for the worse. Could you please explain what happened and what Swiss is going to do about this?

I dont understand ? You have multiple Accounts ? I dont remeber a client which have multiple accounts at us ?
Can you say me please who you are ?

Yes this month was little bit hard for us and we made some losses becasue of severals issues. But next month will be much better and we will recover the loss.

Hi Swiss,

I'm investing in multiple accounts that have your EA enabled, a few under Atsiekratsie's control and some loose ones.
I do understand markets can be fluctuating, but since start of this year you didn't have any month under 18% profit, and from 2 weeks ago you started making big losses.

We would like to have some clarifications on the 'server' issues which caused all the gold trades to be closed last week, and the trades of yesterday . Why did they close? what did you do to prevent this for future trades, why do you expect future trades to be efficient again.

Please understand it is important for me as an investor to know/understand what systems my money is in, and if that has unclarities for me.

i understood from the accounts i'm investing in communication has been proper between you and them, and trading started again.

Perhaps you better stop trading like that, instead of ruin the accounts from clients with your signal service again?

Seems to be the second attempt and already after 5 days drawdown of 55%?
