no cons so far. recommend solidecn. i've got there the best service! but i didn't contacted support team yet so can't tell you anything about how support is working

Ogółem

so far solidecn feels legit enough. I’ve only been with them a few weeks, but everything I tested: demo account, a few small live trades, and even a withdrawal. has worked without any issues.

The only thing I haven’t tried is contacting their support, because I simply haven’t needed any help yet.

If they keep going like this, I’ll probably bring in more funds and make this one of my main brokers

I've compared N1CM with another brokers I used previously. N1CM comes out ahead in platform availability.

XAU/USD margin is 0.1% which is meaningfully lower than most brokers. Lets me size gold positions properly without margin-call anxiety. ECN spread on gold during liquid hours is tight enough for active trading. For someone who mostly trades gold, this combo is rare to find.

Running EAs on MT5 for 7 months. Hedging works, no rejections, server time stable, news trading allowed without restriction. ECN account commission structure fits backtests cleanly. For non-HFT systematic strategies this is a fair offshore venue

lack of strong regulation — would be better if improved

Ogółem

I trade longer-term positions — sometimes holding trades for days or weeks — so my needs differ from short-term scalpers. I joined SolidECN because the high leverage and low costs were appealing, but I wasn’t sure an offshore broker would suit a swing style.

One of my biggest concerns was overnight swap fees. Thankfully, they offer swap-free accounts on request, and support helped switch mine without trouble. That alone saved me a noticeable amount, especially on multi-week positions like the EUR/GBP trade I held recently with zero swap charged.

Conditions have been stable over time — spreads don’t spike randomly, and execution remains instant even if I haven’t traded for a few days. They offer enough instruments for me to diversify: majors, gold, and indices when needed.

The regulation gap is the only thing that still worries me. Since I sometimes deposit more for swing trades, I keep only what I need for margin and withdraw any extra profit regularly. Every monthly withdrawal I’ve made so far was processed within a few hours, which has increased my confidence.

was attracted by the high leverage and low costs, swap-free, spreads don’t jump dramatically out of nowhere

Co poprawiłbyś w Solid ECN?

The major concern remaining for me is the lack of regulation, hope it would be better

Ogółem

I take a longer-term approach to trading, holding positions for days or sometimes weeks, so my needs are a bit different from short-term traders.

I joined SolidECN because I was attracted by the high leverage and low costs, but I was also concerned whether an offshore broker could meet the needs of a swing trader like me. One of the first things I looked into was whether they offer swap-free (Islamic) accounts, because overnight interest can eat into long-term trades. It turns out they do have a swap-free option on request, which was a relief.

I got my account switched to swap-free fairly easily by contacting support, so now I can hold positions overnight without worrying about accumulating swap fees. For example, I held a EUR/GBP trade for almost two weeks and didn’t get charged any interest thanks to that account setup. The trading conditions themselves have been steady over longer time frames – spreads don’t jump dramatically out of nowhere, and execution is still instant even if I haven’t touched the account in a few days. I also like that they have a decent selection of instruments; I mostly trade major forex pairs and gold, but occasionally I venture into indices.

SolidECN offers those as well, which means I don’t need a second broker to diversify my strategies. The major concern remaining for me is the lack of regulation: since I plan to keep trades open longer and potentially deposit more capital, I worry about the safety of funds in the long run. To mitigate that, I only keep what I need for margin and withdraw any excess profits periodically. So far, every withdrawal request (I do them monthly) has been processed within a few hours. That reliability with payouts has given me a bit more confidence to continue using SolidECN for my swing trading strategy.

solidecn is not well regulated. that's a bit nervous but i don't have there more than 5K

Ogółem

Algorithmic trading is my main focus, so finding a broker that supports EAs without limitations was a priority. I use a couple of custom Expert Advisors on MT5 to trade 24/7, and some brokers either restrict EAs or their servers can’t handle the constant activity.

I decided to test SolidECN with one of my less aggressive algorithms first to see how it performed. Setup was straightforward since it’s just MT5 – I loaded up my EA, set the parameters, and let it run on a VPS close to the broker’s server. Over the first month, I was pleased to see no random disconnects or downtime from their side.

The EA runs around the clock, placing maybe a dozen trades per day, and I haven’t noticed any odd behavior like delays in order execution. Latency is low enough that even my scalping algorithm can trade news spikes without getting crippled by slippage. One particular thing I liked is that there were no limitations on things like hedging or the number of orders – some brokers impose weird rules that can hinder automated systems, but I didn’t encounter any of that here. I also tried a more high-frequency strategy during a demo and then on a small live account and the results were comparable, which tells me the live environment is close to the demo.

Another plus: SolidECN’s low spreads and commission structure mean my EAs have an easier time staying profitable. I’m gradually gaining confidence to allocate more of my automated portfolio to this broker, although I’m still keeping an eye on things since they’re not regulated. So far, for an algo trader like me, the experience has been solid.

SolidECN is an offshore broker. Problems with fiat - only crypto for now

Ogółem

At first I was skeptical of an offshore broker, but SolidECN’s trading conditions convinced me to try. They allow nearly any strategy: scalping, EAs, and even trading on news. I tested a scalping approach on major forex pairs, and the 0.0 pip spreads made the small profits viable. After that, I explored their crypto CFDs, and funding in Bitcoin was quick. The deposit and withdraw process was handy — the money moved almost instantly on the blockchain. I also noticed they have a solid MT5 interface that is easy to navigate.

During my trial period, I took advantage of the support and educational materials they offered. Once I got confident, I went live and appreciated how stable the platform was even during volatile moves. Still, I often remind myself about the cons: SolidECN is not regulated by any major authority, and they clearly state no investor protection. For that reason, I never leave a large balance idle; I withdraw profits as needed. Overall, if you know what you’re doing, SolidECN provides good ECN-like conditions, albeit with the usual offshore caveats.
