Having been a user for over 6 months, I consider this to be a VERY UNRELIABLE AND BAD SERVICE. For those that have serious accounts, and use VPS with their EA's should never use this service. I have had unexpected shut downs on SIX occasions, and when I have complained to customer support I have been assured it would never happen again.
They even claimed to have switched me over to a new node, and it still happened. It is not worth your hard earned money as you will lose a lot more when your EA's stop in the middle of a trade and can't monitor it

lets not discuss the attitude here, And if you do not wish to try the service well everyone has its own preferences,,, we cant force our will on anybody.
We dont comment without the proofs, and we have given enough on every site and have enough to sue the fake ones. So we never commented on any user nor did we abuse anyone.
And when you have not used the service dont blame the service. AND YOU ARE FREE TO CHOOSE YOUR PROVIDER, BUT NOT FREE TO ABUSE AS IT AMOUNTS TO DEFAMATION AND A STRICT ACTION CAN BE TAKEN AGAINST AYONE WHO PUBLISHES ANY BAD CONTENT WITHOUT EVEN USING THE SERVICE.

see the rule is that you use the services and then you post reviews. One is not supposed to just read the reviews and then give an analysis of the reviews on the website and this is against legal rules too that you dont even use the services and still put negative reviews.
And as regards the blaiming the customers, we are not
We are blaming are ex-employee Aditya Chandra, who fraudulently fakes his ip and posts his reviews on all sites against us as he was turned out of the compnay for committing a fraud.

So you would understand whats happening.
All we ask each time is the ticket id and the transaction id so that the comment look authentic and not a fake one. I am not recommending UCVHOST to you that use our services but making a humble request that when you havent used the service you have no roght to abuse us.
You can also have a look at the latest comment at this site (above mentioned link) a comment by intellogic, well I can give you proofs that we still have this customer and he is still hosting with us.
its is Aditya Chandra who is faking his identity and putting reviews. This one is a very old client and hence he knows his name. All the latest ones he doesnt know so no comments by their names.
So by now you must have understood why we blame our ex employee as we have proofs and we have sent a summon to him as well fro defamation.
We had also sent email to the owners of other sites as well with the proofs and the fake ips and they are cooperating with us and not accepting comments with fake ips.
So you shouldn't mind the reviews as they in no way harm you nor any customer. We are blaming our ex employee as we have the list of fake ips also by now. NO CUSTOMER HAS BEEN BLAMES EVER. IF THERE ARE ISSUES WE STRIVE TO RESOLVE THEM AS THE EARLIEST.
IF HUMAN BODY CAN GET SICK, THE SAME WAY A SERVER DOES. OUR RESPOSIBILITY IS TO FIX THEM ASAP.

it is 24/7, you must have logged in when there is a change of shift as out executives have a 9 hour shift each.
Our shift changes 6 am local time in the morning. Probably when there is a time lag of 15 mins between every shift then you must have logged on.

yes, thats the point of having a live chat support but i have to wait 10hours for it to be online. i wish i did a screenshot showing that it was offline at that time just to prove it. maybe you can check who was on duty during those hours and do the proper course of action.

yes you explained our point only that live chat is available. You have just pasted the chat and that we fix issues on chat there and then only and that you do not have to wait for a response.
And now after clearing your server resources then you put your screenshot here is not fair.
You yourself have pasted the chat that you had issue in your server and that we fixed it there and then. So what more can anyone expect from a hosting company.
And we hope your server works fine now. Buying a server doesnt mean that it will never have any issue, it can be due to resources or any other application that is blocking your server performance,,,so fixing it immediately is the right path and we follow that. i am now able to login into my vps. thanks to live chat. which is finally online.

live chat is not 24/7, in my case for the last 10 hours its says "offline" or sometimes "be back shortly" so i left a message with support ticket MKR-791164. which is still unanswered.
i only left 2 mt4 installations running on my vps. 1 has one chart open with no EA, and the other 1 has three charts open, all with EA's. i will post a screenshot when i can login.

You can go on the website and click on the live chat, we are available 24/7.
We do not have to explain this to anybody whether we are available or not. Just check for yourself.
And there are lots of reasons for vps getting offline. If you install more applications than those that can be handled by the resources on your vps then it will definitely go off. Please check your cpu usage and then get back to us.

I have been going thru some of the same issue with this people as well. Everything that these customers complain about are true. Your customer service is poor and you keep rebooting the server without any notice.
You are charging more for your service without even letting me know in advance.

You just wrote that it is a very lazy way to issue refunds, well Mr RioHondoFX,, is putting reviews here and answering back to UCVHOST here but is not providing the transaction id of his payment nor is he providing any ticket id where he had put in a request for a refund. So all we can answer is that put in a dispute if you think we will not refund your money. We cant be more straight forward then this that we are asking you to put in a dispute or a charge back.

you are saying money back guarantee is fake, then you say we had to refund only,,, GIVE US THE ID SO AS TO PROVE US WRONG AND THE MONEY BACK GUARANTEE FAKE,, else it will prove that your reviews and not our policy is fake.

you can also very well check the dates, the day we got payment and when it was refunded. (in a weeks time after putting in a request we refund payments after completing all the formalities.

You have not answered my requests to close the account and refund my money thru your website and your support desk. That is what I am complaining about here. I am not interested in talking to you here.
The PayPal dispute is in effect for how ever long it takes to get my refund. All you had to do in the first place was refund my money and not open the account like I requested 12 hours before you opened it. The 30 Day Money Back Guarantee refund request form is fake and does not work. You have never replied to the email that was sent to [email protected] 12 hours before you went ahead and opened the account anyway.
