@ArumCapital
Please confirm if such kind of trading which pakemon18 1st Ranker is doing is allowed ?
Because if allowed please say I can also jump in and use same kind of strategy what he is using but mostly broker do not allow such kind of unethical trading practice so please confirm in advance
Hello Rohitfx,
As I've mentioned before this kind of trading is allowed, as there is no conflict of interest between us and traders.
drayzen posted:Hello drayzen,
@ArumCapital Are you an A-Book only broker, you'll never do B-Book? MT5 ECN? Is that confirmed in your documentation? Do you have ASIC registration?
We never do B-Book, even upcoming MT5 platform will have only ECN account. This information is confirmed in our license. Here is the link to it: https://www.cysec.gov.cy/en-GB/entities/investment-firms/cypriot/42465/
We have no right to leave the transactions inside of the company, if we could, you would see in the 'investment services' - 'dealing on own account' feature, which allows companies to act as the second participant in the process. You can check it personaly by comparing us with other companies. We do not have ASIC regulation, we have CySec regulation.

Look at the spike on NZDUSD M1 @ 19:00 02.04.18. None of the brokers did have such one. I doubt it's going to be a fair game without stop hunt on real accounts
Hello Roman Zhitnik,
As you probably know there are different levels of filtration (filters' work) on live and demo account, because of what you can witness slight differences with spikes. You can create a real account on the ARUM CAPITAL web-site (it's a free service, you don't have to top up your balance) and see with your own eyes that there is no such a spike there.

1st and 2nd placed traders are using the same aribitrage system, you can see that, when you compare their trading history. Which leads me to the conclusion, that this contest is manipulated! Run this kind of system on 3 different maschines (with different IPs) and win first 3 prices.

Isn't it better to have 2 different forex competitions, one for manual trading and the other for auto trading?
Is it easier to differentiate the best traders and the best trading robots?
Come on. Who doesn't want to learn the best trading strategy? And, who doesn't want to have the best trading robot?
Lastly, who doesn't want to be consistently overall profit every month or week or in a day or two?

How about a contest with Real Money? 😎
Here are my suggested terms:
1) Each participant would have to deposit at least $1000 of REAL money.
2) Allowed Leverage 500:1
3) The contest will have a 6 months period.
4) Deposits and withdrawals will be allowed, however they will affect the % Average Return accordingly.
4) The winner will be determined by the best % Average Return on his total invested capital, using a mark to market calculation at the end of the contest.
5) The 3 first places will split 50% - 30% - 20% the trophy which in its turn has to be the 1/2 of the commissions that will be generated from ALL the trading activity of the participants.
6) The 3 first places will be rewarded with a prestigious trophy😄, and with the tittle 'Best Alternative Investment Manager' of the year!!! 😇

Hello JojoW,
The prize places participants of the contest will have to verify themselves. Besides, if the violation of the rules is found out these participants will be eliminated an the prize goes to the next person in the list. Do not worry about it, all the information is very carefully checked.

Hello DPG1968,
It's a very interesting suggestion, but this type of contest is impossible according to the requirements of our regulator. Thank you for your interest.
sshukla posted:Hello sshukla,
Only STP broker offer real money contest. I hope you know that
It's also very necessary to mention that most STP brokers have regulators who do not allow such type of contests.

By all respect to the incredible results of pokemon18, but how realistic is an execution of 1000 lots order just right on the move and then get out of this trade within seconds in the real market? Would be interesting to hier the opinion of the Arum Capital...

Speaking frankly, I haven't come across orders of 1000 lots during the time of our company's existence, but our liquidity provider - CFH clearing, who also appears to be one of the greatest aggregators, promises execution even of such 'large-scale' orders. At the moment, we managed to make sure that orders of 100 lots were successful and worked properly (European time zone).

It's a part of the 'game' with such contest. We know that the winner will have unrealistic and gambling behaviour. With his own money, pokemon would have never done that. It's more than sure. After with a demo account, it's also logical that such strategy is allowed finally too. The contest is a promotion tool for the broker to attract leads to its business. It's something 'normal' and 'logical' in term of business.
For traders competing, just take that as a competition again yourself and trade like it was your money.
Indeed, you can't win a demo contest doing that. It's true...but at least you have fun and learn.

1. Then there is no point to participate in any competition.
2. The one thing you can learn here is to gamble.
2A. If you don't take this serious there can be fun in this.
Most people commenting here are not having fun at all !
For traders it's a waste of time..... 😇 Time is the only thing we get in life for free. Use it for something better.
Why participate in that kind of nonsense ?
