Hi, I am being sued now for a very long time, and it is costing me lots of money. Even though I will probably win, and even though the corporation will probably lose that is suing me in court.. that company is still suing me. Some companies have hundreds of millions of dollars at there disposal to spend on advertising, and to start lawsuits they will not win just to cause trouble. I am afraid of being sued so I am trading through an LLC. Some brokers require a personal guarantee to be signed for LLC applicants, and some do not. I do not want to sign a personal guarantee to trade. Which brokers accept applicants, and don't require a personal guarantee to be signed to open a corporate forex trading account? Thanks in advance.
