I'm not sure you are right. Sometimes longer exec time works for MDP favour, all depends on the market move. If whole market moves still in the direction of initial move, we all loose no matter how faster your exec/modification/open time will be, am I right ?

i have to agree with that analysis. I have run on 2 accounts, 1 with IBFX and 1 with ILQ. The IBFX account speeds sit right around 300ms and today was a big losing day for me. On the other hand, my ILQ speeds are sitting at around 3000ms and today was a good day for it.

this information is supporting my post.
there is no correct setup for MDp. all correct/wrong you must wait for it and hope for not loosing too much that period.

But unfortunatelly there is no certain level for the price will reverse when moving fast.

it will some times will make money when price strectched too much and reverse but sometimes even over that strecth level price will keep strecthing and those will be loosers.

there can not be a winning setup for all market condition. order execution speed is one of the parameter. but not effective over %50.

trader must be LUCKY to make consistant profit with MDP. I advise you to dont waste your time. any setup will make money and loose money according to the market condition. current winners will suffer with loss and loosers will be happy with winnings close future. and vice verse again. this system makes money for the broker with spread and comission. not for trader.

or you have to run multiples accounts... :)
if everything ok, all accounts wins, else some wins some not... for a final no loss ;)

You can still use some software against virtual dealer plugin cheating, 4xtrader provides a nice one.

MDP has this feature already!
Just have a look at chart, where mdp is attached and check every information beginning with 'Avg.'
That gives you all the information you need to find out, whether your broker cheats you or not!

Yes, partially... Avg Loss %, Max Loss %, Close Slip, diagnostics etc. tell you more about general broker's performance than actual 'cheating', but you can smell if something's wrong from there to start with. There are a couple VDP detectors out there designed for that specifically.

Exactly, that's the best strategy in my opinion. Divide your equity, go to different brokers, search for best VPSes around them and wait

Anyone using MDP on USD/JPY and willing to share settings? It seems like despite the huge spikes (bank of Japan goes crazy at times 😄) it tends to trade less here. I've tried to increase Channels and NumOrders but still pretty idle.

In practice. I trade MAM at TF, yes MDP is over 2000ms for 8 max orders, but in most cases it still fine. However individual trade is about 600 ms. I have opened 25 standard lots recently, no bigger delay no special slippage (it was relatively calm market), MDP works same way with microlots and with 8-12 standard lots positions. So this is a bit of practical evidence for you guys theorising here..

   correct in THEORY!
if broker is STP you can get same speed for any size of order. ( if broker want to )
if broker is ECN >5lot order will be ping pong ball between liq. providers and this will slow order execution.
5 lot = 500.000 usd this is not peanut.

broker is doing bussines for making money. not for making their clients rich. they have too many defend mechanism to protect themselves. Also keep that in mind. I assume that in close future there will be some rstrictions for HFT in US market.

Jesus.. So much bullcrap is being said here with a scientific tone.. FYI information I have same execution speed for a minilot as for a 10 or 20 standards. Currenex accepts orders as little as 0.04, anything less is not aggregated but offset by broker internally, effectively broker becomes dealer and creates a market, it manages only a complete exposure by offseting inventory, not by gluing orders together. So small orders like micro lots are executed faster. Integral takes orders starting from 0.1 so Integral brokers like Pepperstone will be making markets for orders less than that, there is no other choice they have. This all is basically about brokers that call themselves ECN/STP. Brokers like Alpari are pure Market makers and make markets for all orders managing just their own total exposure therefore been able to offer a faster execution as they need less processing.

Yes. The USDJPY almost never trades. I have had it running for a month and it has traded once.

Actually, how long has it been available? Not many live accounts would be that old. I bought it about two months ago and just about a week and a half ago went live with $6,000. My VPS is a private one with the person who posts here often, professor53. Since I went live with real money the account has gone from $6,000 to $6,875, or a little over 14% in about one week. You can see my live account at professor53.com.

chromeie: stop posting uneducated crap - YOU are the scam, man;) Search on myfxbook in the System category for 'MDP', you will find enough users running MDP on live accounts with very good results (including me). For me it´s the best EA I´ve ever invested in, because it has made back that amount by far already. And I don´t try to sell you anything, as you see.

You are an idiot. My account is a live account with real money. People like you overuse the word 'scam'. You don't investigate you just accuse. I have made $875.00 this past week. This is an increase of over 14% in my account and his service costs me $40 per month. Find out the facts about a service before you trash it and not just make unfounded assertions without doing your research.

This is completely off topic, and is still not ready to tell anyone about yet.....due to potential big losses. But, I am running a combination of 4 systems on one account using several currency pairs. Don't ask me to open my account for public viewing because...as i have said, this set is not yet proven solid and sustainable. No scalpers. Base trade size is 0.1 lot. Based on this, since market open on 10-23, I have made about +9,000 pips
