I started running Genial on 2 different accounts, one with 1:300 leverage and one with 1:50 leverage. In just one month both had a margin call yesterday, and now I m getting no response from Genial. I try posting things on their website, but apparently the only comments they approve for viewing are ...

Genial currently has 12 open positions and down approx 2250 pips. This sh!t better turn around 😲!

Genial opened so many positions at one time, I had a margin call before the EU shot up. So, I did no make any profit from the move. I did not change any of the settings and had the risk setting on normal. 😡
