My acc. 151195. I dont´t have problems with Fig fx. To give a order is a little slowly, but the spreadprice is very good. To withdrawl money was fast. Very good, I only can say.

my acc 301533 I have traded so far with other brokers, but I find Figfx a better more relaxed and reliable broker in the sense that after my demo trading at least 4 weeks, I noticed each time I traded the market was fast and instant.I have never complained about the Market Order execution, their spread is very good,this encouraged me to fund a live account, and was also surprised that the funding process was without any problem, but was also instant,I was very impressed, and I was more than impressed too with their 100% bonus offer given to their client after funding, this got me super charged to trade forex with them,FigFx is the Best,none so far to compare.I Love you guys, you are doing a super job.

I am trading with Figfx from around 2 years and I am from Jordan, Amman. My Figfx account no. is (103485). Figfx are rated No. 1 in Forex Brokerage from my point of view. The are very friendly with top professional support people and fast execution of orders. In addition Figfx give you many gifts all around the year in many occasions.The send me even free deposit even I say " Figfx are No. 1 Ranking". This is the truth and I am not lying or saying these sweet words to have the money, no Figfx are No. 1 Forex Brokers in my point of view. Deposits and withdrawals are very easy and fast. You feel yourself in your home country even Figfx are located faraway from it.
I recommend Figfx as Forex Broker to most of Arabic Traders and others.

I don't thinks, FigFX is a scam site. I had a good experience. I am trading with them from last 4 months. and I also had 6 or 8 withdrawals. The first time it taken near by 2 days. and rest of all the I got the payment within very short time. some time within 3 to 5 hours. And about executiion, you just show one broker with 1 PIP with this much good execution. I am totally satisfied with figfx. You can check my account 137291

You sound like the boss or the owner of the company. A simple, ten-a-penny employee does not talk to customers like that.
I thought you were paid to help those illiterate, lack-of-common-sense boys who bring the money to the company so you get your salary every month.

Spread is a fixed pips.
I was forced to withdraw money from the first account.
The second account was stolen from me my profits, and the bill was blocked.
I was accused of "Hunting pip"

I have held the following account 126430 with this broker. While I was pleased in the beginning even while losing my money I am disappointed that the broker chose to take back their 100% deposit match without any explanation, email notification or nothing of the sort. I would appreciate if Javier or any other representative of the company can provide an explanation. Until then I advise all current or future traders considering this company to be VERY AWARE!!!

After reading all this comments from fellow traders. I'm just scared of opening an account with this broker. Looks like this broker is very notorious in blocking accounts and permanently disabling accounts for some simple violations such as having multiple accounts per household. I have traded with many brokers and still do and i can confirm that i have multiple accounts with such brokers as fxcm and liteforex and they have no problem with it. I got to say i'm skipping this broker as this account blocking, account suspending, multiple accounts per household rules and your EA can't make too much money rules is just too much for me.

I am Nico's brother, and I can vouch for the fact the other accounts were operated by us. You can not prove that they were controlled all by Nico simply because we are all from the same city. We all use the same EA which we as a group develop, and you also have photo copies of our IDs and bank statements, which clearly show different addresses. Even the fact that not once has one ip that accesses one account has crossed into another account should be a clear sign to you that we are all operating independently. Also, any manual trades that were done outside of the EA do not show up on other accounts. I have large amounts of chat logs and emails to and from my brother and different members of the group showing we all operate our own accounts.

FigFX has permanently disabled my account for no reason two days after my second withdrawal attempt. I put together a beta testing group to test my co-workers EA named Ruskinator, an EA coded by my co-worker Jason Rusk that simply acts off a string of signals that certain indicators switch to 1 or 0. The other two traders that were in my group were my brother Kaes and my best friend James. They claimed we are all a single individual running multiple accounts with the EA, absurd!
I cannot believe this SCAM! READ ON for what fig has had to say!
I am one of three members of a beta testing group i put together to test an EA named Ruskinator, a EA compiled simply of a string of indicators. This EA was written and copyrighted by Jason Rusk, a fellow co-worker that I have worked with over the years. The two other forex traders in my group are my brother Kaes, (Also recently has posted in a thread) and my best friend James.
My reactions to the violation of the rules are list below
1- Yes, I live in Redmond, WA? Why is that violating anything? Multiple people can live in the same area talk about starting forex and open accounts!
2- Again yes, My account trades from that IP? Violating anything? It's my laptop in my room ISP Verizon DSL. NOTE: That my IP is different than my brothers, otherwise the letter recived was the same.
3- Yes, EAs and hedging are allowed
4- I had no part in using any VPS server, I only connected to FIG through MT4 on my laptop. My brother Kaes ran his MT4 on a VPS.
Clearly FIGfx is trying to classify us as one person with multiple accounts. I have sent them my WA state ID and bank statement for verification of first withdrawal. They obviously know this is not one person. SCAM!! FIGfx has a dealing office in Delaware so they claim they are U.S. based but they actually originate in Cyprus. Do they have a license to operate an investment firm in Cyprus? NO!!

I appreciate the zeal with which you are carrying out your job defending and promoting you company, however you need to be properly briefed by your employers on their real modus operadi. Why do I say this? Your assertions here are at variance with the experience I am currently going through with your dealing desk/back office/support or whoever is responsible for correcting errors.
I have an on going issue (over a week) which has not been resolved, neither have your people deemed it fit after four reminder mails to acknowledge (even for the courtesy of it) that someone is attending to my complaints.
I am not one that is given to catching suspects by the elbow and will not assume that your establishment has scam/fraud tendencies.
Kindly liaise with your people and encourage them to do the needful.

so far i have no problem with figfx..all transaction are manually done by backoffice so take sometime to process it.doesn't matter about that as long as i can make withdrawal 😄 i lkie their 1 pip spread

My name is Javier, and i am the official representative of FIG Solutions Limited Inc. (aka, FIGfx Brokers).
First, our spreads are 1 pip FIXED, at all times. Next time when you want to accuse a broker of doing something bad, try targeting something more hidden in their policies; Lying about their spreads which is usually advertised on the first page will only make your review less trustworthy.
Second, a 3sec execution time is not bad IMHO. Even on the most advanced bridges, people connecting from Japan like yourself might experience such delays. Add to this the fact that you are using a 'script-kiddy-written' EA that does not even wait an order to be opened before sending the close order request.
As for the deposit and withdrawal, please be kind to spend a minute reading your terminal's internal mail where you will amazingly find an explained schedule of how our payments and backoffice departments work. Deposits from 09:00 until 17:00 CET and withdrawals from 17:00 until 19:00 CET (Mon-Fri).
Customer support is a different issue that i will not argue about, it is stated on our website that you can connect anytime between 09:00 CET and 17:00 CET, which seems to be a little confusing for your timezone. You should have sent an email for example or read the instructions at http://www.figfx.com/support/ where it clearly how and when to connect.
And finally, your blocked account :)
After sending you 8 notifications to stop using the forbidden EA, you left us no choice but to block your account. Again, i strongly recommend to get introduced to the mailing tab in your MT4 terminal, all brokers including FIG use that to send notifications and alerts to traders. The possibility/fact that you did not read all those alerts, is not something you can blame us of.
Doubling, tripling or whatever you do with an account has nothing to do with it's status. There are plenty of traders making much more money trading decently with FIG and they never faced any problems.

Execution delay about 3sec is VERY bad for you. Almost spreads are from 1 to 5.
Deposit is fast. withdrawal slow. customer support open 3days in a week, open a few hours in a day. Hard to connect to OP.
And my Account blocked, because balance is double in a week.
I never saw like this broker. This broker SCAM!
