Gold continues pulling back to the upside, but the 55 day EMA at the 1326 level may still act as resistance. Only a breakdown below the 1300 level could take the price of gold out of consolidation.

Gold closed back above 1318.4.
As we disscussed yesterday, it is a short term bullish sign.
But we see the downtrend from recent high is a 5 wave pattern.
1335.5 is key level to watch.
We maintain the former long trade from 1313.5.

Resistance Levels: 1322.5 1323.7 1324.8 1327.5 1328.3

The consolidation on gold continues around the 1289 level and it has formed what it appears to be a bearish flag. Therefore, the price of gold may continue falling to the 1270 level.
