ECN/NDD forex brokers: Marketing? Fantasy? Truth?

Hi guys

What do you thing about NDD fx brokers?

ECN is really REALLY true? is there fx interbank market giving for you smallest spreads? Or its just fantasy to catch newbies?

I noticed that many ON-line forex brokers offers ECN/NDD accounts for clients. But i don't know how it really works.

I am not an advanced trader but still you can try to trade with them: they are good, I am sure. I am trading with them on cent accounts and I am very glad that I've cose them and they are also have NDD and ECN. Read about it here. mariav, please, thats a bucket shop managed by Russians (Belive me, You should never have bussiness with Russians, they just can't do Brokerage Bussiness fair, its not in their blood). If You see Russian or Ukrainian broker - just have a good laught at it and run away.😉 (Don't be fooled by their London office). By the way, that broker you recomended is a great example of heartless marketing by using ECN/NDD theme. And, please, dont get me wrong, It has nothing to do with Russia-Ukraine tension right now. It's just my live expirience of last 5 years trading.

And about topic here...Yes. I'm sure there are a good number of true ECN brokers. They usually charge not a small commision on Your every trade, but their spread is tight for sure and their minimum deposits are high & leverage is low. Thats their way to make money - True ECN broker gives best execution speed, tight spreads, great client support, deposits protection, financial regulation, advanced trading platform to attract clients. Then they just make they profit on commisions and thats should be all and thats why brokers was created for on the first place. I mean like ' old school' brokers - you call them, you ask them to open a position for You, they do it and thats it.

why do you think they are Russian or Ukrainian? because they have offices there? 🙄 many international brokers also provide their services in these countries but that doesn't make them Russians. For example IronFx - they also have office in Moscow and in Kiev if I am not mistaken but the owner is from Cyprus. I know that owner of NAS Broker is Spanish. And they are regulated by Cysec, so they do not have nothing in common with Russian or Ukrainian brokers besides website translation on these languages. Why do you think they are a bucket shop and can you explain about heartless marketing? Do you trade with them? I do not want to change my broker as i have profit with them but very interested in your explanation. I am kind of new, so will appreciate your information.😉

Thats the facts that proves them to be Russians:

1. On their website there is only two languages available - English and Russian.
2. Their offices are only in London, Moscow and Kiev.
3. On their website there are links to company's personal pages in nine different social networks.
    Tree of those social networks are completely Russian the rest are global due to their popularity.
    In all nine social networks their personal pages ARE IN RUSSIAN LANGUAGE ONLY. Even at Facebook and Twittter.
    The last one is the solid proof that their management team and employees are Russians only.
4. At their website there are 'About Company' page. There is one of company's goal (i quote):
    ' developing the industry of Forex trading in Russia and the CIS countries up to Western level '.

You will know if it's a solid broker only by withdrawing more than $10'000 from your trading account and making regular cashouts. Thats what the most bucket shops or just some poor funded broker can't handle. And the cold statistics shows that most forex broker frauds are coming from Russia and Ukraine, because financial law influence in those countries are really weak.

NAS Broker are Not regulated by CySEC ! Where did You get that anyway ? They got only sertificate of corporation from SVGFSA - Financial Services Authority of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

And where did you get info about the owner ? On their website they even didnt provided any information about CEO and management team , not a single name.

Mariav, You know, thats just my personal negative expirience after dealing with some Russian brokers and Russian people in general, I'm just trying to help and warn traders, so they will not lose money and time by trading with low class brokers (sh..t in the candy wrapper) 😁

Never trust Russian broker

I know it. But I can not understand why you guys think its Russian? 😳 If somebody will give me a few reasons why I should not trust my broker I will be glad but now it seems to me that you just so unhappy with your brokers that you think that all of brokers are scammers. That is not fair. 😲

I woudn't generalize, but Completely agree with GeorgeTrader! I would think twice before I do business with Russian businessmen. I don't know much about Russian people.

How about Dukascopy? It's a Swiss forex bank/brokerage company with Russian (?) or Lativian capital. Does naybody have any experince with them?

I still can not understand how the translation of their website on Russian makes it Russian broker 😲

  It isn't that these guys are unhappy about their broker. They simply are repeating what they have read on the internet. Most of them don't have a real account or have even deposited in a real account. I for one have used a Russian broker in the past and my PAMM account is currently with a broker which is Russian based.
 I have been able to withdraw funds with my broker almost right away which of course would suggest they are liquid and not a bucket shop.

 Forums are full of negativity sadly enough and you shouldn't hold weight with the opinions of others unless they have actually had experience with that broker?

I know. As far as i can earn and withdraw my money as well - I will always defend my broker. They do business right. That is all that matters 😄

Hi guys,
all this information about russian brokers and programmers being out to get your money. Is this not on the verge of being against as certan folk group. There are exxelent programmers coming out of russia and as well from other parts of the world like India. Should we judge them just because they are not from the western world? No of cource not. Was not the MT4 platform designed by Russions? I think the western world will be influnced by these highly intellegent programmers and we surely will se more of this in the future.
